Friendly staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast, great location for quiet and bird watching. Nice swimming pool. Close to town for Tha Sadet Market visits.

Basic Bualinn ”
Check-in was supposed to be 2.00pm, advised by reception to wait 15mins, ended up waiting 4.00pm. Used their cafe while waiting, ordered a basic omelette which took and hour. Some issues locating Bualinn in part due to roadworks, but not helped by poor signage on main road. Small pool, ok for a quick dip, suitable for the 10 kids who seemed to use it constantly. Overall it's a bit over priced even at the agoda rates, it wouldn't take much to improve this place, it's a nice location, but needs a bit more attention to detail to improve customer satisfaction.

This hotel is a bit of a mystery to me, it's brand new, looks really stylish and has a lovely pool but seems to be lacking that certain something. Don't get me wrong at £14 per night it's absolutely fantastic value & you would be hard pushed to beat it anywhere! It could just do with a few extras, bedside lights, room safe & a hair dryer maybe. You'll definitely need your own wheels if you stay here, the journey into Nongkhai takes around 5 mins. Trying to find the hotel can be a mission if you can't read Thai, if you're heading toward Nongkhai/Thai Laos friendship bridge then the hotel is down a dirt track on the left about 1 km before you turn right into Nongkhai (or go straight ahead for Laos). There is a material sign for the hotel but it's in Thai (Great help!)!! Look out for the big Thai Laos arboretum wall, that's it, head down the dirt track for 1km or so & you're there. It is very peaceful. If I'm in Nongkhai again I will definitely stay here again.

Awesome and unbelivable there will have a great resort. Big and clean room, lovely staff especially she has a wonderful service. The location near the bridge but a little so far from the center city but that not a problem. Thank Bualinn resort for a wonderfull our holidays...

Urgent time with peaceful place”
Bualinn Resort is located closely to Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge but the resort signal/symbol in front of alley is quite bad especially for the night time.. The resort is far away from alley around 2 kms. which has peace and hibernate.. breakfast has no enough choices to serve us. 3 stars rate is preferred for this hotel

Exceptional value for the money. Quiet, lovely countryside location, just outside Nong Khai and only 3 kms. from border crossing to Laos. Hotel very clean, comfortable and welcoming; with large rooms, comfortable beds, swimming pool, bicycles and breakfast, all inclusive. The restaurant offers a variety of affordable meals; and other eateries are a short walk/bicycle rude away. A great choice at an amazing price.

The hotel staff, especially the lady who work in the kitchen (speaks excellent English), room attendants girls, beautiful lady behind reception. All in all a very enjoyable stay, just loved the peaceful location close to the city but far enough away!!

worth the money”
very good price hotel. The room is clean, wifi is free but slow, the breakfast is delicious but you can only choose 1 set. The swimming pool is clean but available only until 22pm. It's very private and quiet where as it situates out of the city that needed a vehicle to get in.

This plage is in very good condition. The price giver good value for the money, we payed 750 bht pr. Night. We have room on the ground floor, the rooms have not balcony, but thats okey, just walking 2 steps outside and than than you can relax in the pool area. Wery quiet and relaxing staying here. Good and free wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Not so easy too fond the hotel, er have car and used gps, but the adress is not in the map. I looked the locations map in agoda for this hotel and there you can find the area and i pointed out the area in my gps and we found it after little look around. Best too arrive befolke darkness than its more easy too find and Ask sone locals. Breakfast we not eat here so can not say anything about that. If you want tuk tuk or some transport Ask staff for help. 7-eleven and local food about 5 minute driving and 20 minute walking

Good value for money”
Every thing was fine we were very happy with this hotel. We went to Laos to extend our visa and afterwards we spend our evening at the pool which was very clean and we had the pool to ourselves. I've not come across a 2.5 star hotel with a pool before, so this is a big bonus!! The distance to town is not an issue if you have a car it takes roughly 5 min. I will be definitely be back here if we are in the area 👍🏼👍🏼

New clean hotel”
very nice clean room with everything you need. If this hotel is in a good location I would say it'll be very expensive. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. Everything is excellent except the road. I would recommend this hotel for a couple who want privacy and has private car to drive in. I mean there is no way you can go without a car. You'll also need to load a lot of food and drinks. in case you get hungry late night. Be careful if you drive sedan though, The road is in pretty bad shape.

Room was spacious, clean and tidy . Well set out with hot water in the bathroom and good shower head . I would have liked a selection of drinks and nibbles available in the room . Especially since I was in a poolside room . No complaints though and would stay again .

Good and friendly staff”
Great staff but could not speak english. Breakfast very simple. I don't mind to pay extra for good breakfast cause need to travel out to have good breakfast. Hotel out of town, at night time only the hotel is lighten up where else the surrounding very very dark. There is no restaurant to provide food for lunch or dinner need to travel out quiet a distance. I strongly recommend hotel to provide motor bike for small fees which will be very useful for hotel guest. Hotel very clean and friendly staff.

Fantastic place but out of the way”
Excellent place, however very out of the way. Nothing in the area and need tuk tuk for getting anywhere. Staff were very helpful. Room was large and comfy bed.
