Chuyến du lịch hơi bất ổn”

Mọi thứ khá ổn cho đến khi trả phòng. Mình có lỡ ngủ quên nên trễ lịch check out tầm 5-10p gì đấy thì điều k thể ngờ được mình tưởng bên Bunny lên check phòng nhưng không hoá ra bạn để cho khách khác tới thuê phòng ngay lập tức. Mình khá sock khi có người khác mở cửa vào, bên bạn nên căn chỉnh lại thời gian nhận phòng giúp nha để tránh tình trạng này xảy ra lần nữa. Mình cảm thấy k hài lòng lắm

CHẤT LƯỢNG KÉM”

NỘI QUY TRÊN GIẤY 1 ĐƯỜNG, PHẠT 1 NẺO. Nhân viên và quản lý thì cãi cùn, vô căn cứ, xuyên tạc nội quy để bẫy khách hàng! Mọi người đừng thấy rẻ mà book nhé ạ! Tiền bẫy phạt còn quá book 1 căn 600-700k! Phòng có gián, bát thì bẩn! Nói chung là không nên book!

Chủ căn hộ chưa có sự chuẩn bị cho khách đặt phòng, 16H mình đến, phải tìm số điện thoại căn hộ trên page rồi gọi thì chủ căn hộ mới dọn phòng, trong khi đó sáng mình đã nhắn tin qua hộp thư của agoda nhưng không thấy chủ căn hộ trả lời. Sau đó chủ căn hộ đã đổ thừa cho mình là đã nhắn cho mình nhưng không thấy mình trả lời. Sau đó thì chủ căn hộ mới phát hiện ra phòng đã ngừng hoạt động nhưng vẫn đăng bán cho khách, và chủ căn hộ yêu cầu mình ở 1 phòng khác và thêm tiền nhưng mình không đồng ý, may mắn là chủ căn hộ đã đồng ý cho mình ở phòng mới và không tính thêm tiền. Thêm nữa là phòng khá nhiều gián, nệm cứng và sập sệ vì dùng nệm lò xo, mình đã phải kéo thêm nệm khác ra để nằm.
