The room is not old or new. The bathroom is clean. The bed is soft and comfortable, with soft pillows. You may hear some furniture being moved, but it's not too noisy. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel and the food is delicious and not expensive. It's very convenient to go anywhere. There is always a staff member waiting in front of the hotel, and the service is good. The price is reasonable. The breakfast is delicious, with chicken as the main dish. It's close to Central Plaza, Terminal 21, and not far from the Night Bazaar. Overall, I'm satisfied and would give it a 10 out of 10.

We requested for early check in since we arrived early morning and they agreed to let us in at 12pm with no additional charge. Warm & friendly staffs, my 1 year toddler was very happy playing with them. Love everything about their room-spacious, clean & comfortable with aesthetic view. The location is quite strategic, we can walk to Greenway Market. There's tuktuk in front of the hotel. We didn't have the breakfast here because we're not sure if it's halal, and we didn't ask. We had breakfast at Butterfly Cafe which was only 1.9km from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future!

We stayed here twice. 1st trip on 2nd June and the other was 5th June. We were on our way to Phuket (driving) so Hat Yai is a pit stop. Booked Standard Double. The 1st time, they joined both single beds and neither of us had comfortable sleep. The water heater wasn't working and when it rained, water was seeping through the windows. The Bidet was also not functioning. We didn't make a complaint since we're there for a short while. The second time we were on our way back from Phuket, we booked Standard King. However, the AC was not functioning. It was at 35 degrees and later was down to 28 and that was the lowest. We complained and they sent their engineer. The lady at counter said the hotel was fully booked. My husband made some noise and we got our rooms changed to standard singles. But this time the heater and bidet was functioning. Breakfast is good but they don't top up the sandwiches and cakes much. But good spread for a small hotel. Kids below 140cm is 150bhat. Also the standard rooms are in building 2. If you want a room in the main building, then you need to book superior room. Parking is ample and they also have basement parking and disable friendly ramp. Location is near to ASEAN and Greenlane Night Market which is walkable about 5 mins walk.

Quick and smooth check in Love all their facilities especially complimentary breakfast There was something unpleasant i would like to highlight. I booked a superior king size bed room, but was given a room with two single bed room. We felt really uncomfortable sleeping on them as the staff combined both beds. Was a little pissed off and then the second day was moved to another room with king size bed, room slightly smaller. Use the exit near car park b to get to more eateries
