Location: 5 minutes walk from the station. There are two convenience stores and a few izakayas in front of the station. The infrastructure is better on the opposite side of the station, but I liked this side because it was quiet and peaceful. However, it was a bit scary to find the accommodation at night. Cleanliness: It was a non-smoking room, and there was no cigarette smell at all, which was great. (Although it was in the elevator haha) Other cleanliness aspects were good, but there were some stains on the bedding at first. However, it didn't smell or wrinkle, so I slept well. Staff attitude: They were very friendly. The three staff members at the front desk were kind, and the cleaning staff were also friendly, which made me feel good. They can speak English, so there is no need to worry if you can't speak Japanese. Facilities: You can use carbonated drinks and ice dispensers for free at certain times, and there is also a vending machine. Various hygiene tools are provided next to the counter. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast because the accommodation fee was cheap, but it was served buffet-style with a variety of Japanese home-cooked dishes (although I've never tasted them before), which was great. I liked it so much that I had it every day for three nights haha. There were also bread, orange juice, and milk. Miscellaneous and overall review: I visited this accommodation because I went to the Summer Sonic Ferris wheel in Chiba Prefecture and booked the accommodation very late, so I had to come to Goi Station. I was worried at first, but it wasn't too far from the venue, and it was a good place to rest quietly after the show. The soundproofing between rooms seemed to be good, but you could hear some noise in the hallway. I'm writing this for Koreans who are unlikely to come to this area, but if you come to the Summer Sonic Ferris wheel, I recommend this accommodation! It was a small room (but cozy for me, so I slept well), and the breakfast area was a bit small, but overall, it was a great stay with everything you need. Thank you.

This is a cheaper hotel, and I really appreciate that. However, you also kind of get what you pay for here. The bed is comfortable enough, although a little stiff. You got your TV, you got your basic facilities. I didn't try the breakfast as I was a little bit put off by other aspects of the hotel. One was that, both times I wanted to talk with the staff, no one was at the desk. When I came in on the first night, I waited around for a while and finally called out for the staff to come. The staff was very friendly, though. Then the next morning I had a question for the staff, and once again no one was there and I ended up calling for them again. This is just a minor thing, though. My biggest frustration was that the curtains are so thin that they don't block the light very well, and the sunrise comes before five am these days. Every morning I woke up with the sun and couldn't get back to sleep, which was terribly frustrating. I don't need blackout curtains, but I would appreciate curtains that manage to keep the room mostly dark. The keys also have the room number on them, so if you lose the key, presumably someone could use it to get in your room. Still, if you want a cheaper hotel and don't mind staying a bit farther away from the action, and you can sleep through light coming in, you could do worse.
