Hôm nay (8/10) tôi có đặt 2 phòng tại đây. Tuy nhiên, được nhân viên dẫn đi vòng vòng. Từ khách sạn Đông Xuyên sang khách sạn Long Xuyên và nhận phòng tại khách sạn Cửu Long. Nếu xét về chất lượng đánh giá khách sạn Cửu Long chỉ đạt chuẩn 2 sao. Đặc biệt điều khiến tôi khó chịu nhất chính là nhân viên lễ tân ca tôi 8-10. Đã có thái độ không hay với khách khi hướng dẫn việc khai báo y tế.
