Exceptional”
Lovely place! Room was very nice with comfortable bed. Loved the balcony that overlooked the pool. The pool was so refreshing after walking around the town. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a bit basic, but still nice :)

Perfect location, friendly staff”
Hotel is in an excellent location, close to the old quarter and walking distance to everything. Staff was excellent. They do not have baby cots or cribs. Shower was difficult to get into and out of, but really the only issue.

Vietnam travel”
this ideally located hotel in Hoi An is excellent value for money . Although a little tired and in need of maintenance the staff are excellent , pleasant , friendly and always smiling ,despite concerns over the Coronovirus . Breakfast is the standard buffet style , with a selection of fruits , yogurt, egges to order , toast and Vietnam style noodles etc. we hired bikes from the next door corner shop and had a great time seeing the sight of Hoi An an An bang beach .

Cosy place, good and quiet location few minutes away from the city centre”
The place is nice, cosy and pleasant. It is walking distance (5-10min) to the city centre, market, most attractions and the night life on the riverside, while still on a quiet side. The rooms are spacious but the walls are very thin which could be an issue if you have noisy neighbours. The staff was very pleasant and helpful to find a room after they found a faulty aircon in the room I orignally booked.. The restaurant room looks a bit oldish and breakfast is very average.

3 nights here just place to sleep ”
Before arrival i got hotel’s message offering transportation service from airport to hotel...i felt pretty good about it as seems the hotel care for our journeys. However, on the day of arrival actually about 2-3 hrs before my arrival i got another message saying that my room was breakdown. Hotel asked me to cancel my booking on agoda and they going to help me find a place to stay for my 1st night! (This message was send to me a night before, but i didn’t check my mail that often). On the way to hotel and found out this stuff is so frustrating!!!! I refuse to cancel and insist to solve it at the hotel because all of those cancellation policy that i will be changed 100% Rightaway, i got message sayin that my room is ready! Stinky! About the room i booked room with balcony city view....my room is on the ground floor, next to balcony is hotel’s guard post! What on earth i need that for! The room is nice and clean staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is so so. Enjoy your stay, but i will not comeback again

Be alert: No twin room”
Please be careful there is no twin bed rooms. There is incorrect information in booking website & their own website. Unacceptable. I booked 2 twin rooms in this hotel 1 month ago and they only let me know that there is no twin rooms 3 days before my trip. Therefore, i cannot arrange to book another hotel.

I enjoyed staying at Calla Villa. The staff were very kind and helpful. The best part was the location. It was just a quick walk from Old Town, so we always walked to many restaurants and the night market. The pool was small but nice. Some of the decor was a bit outdated or worn compared to the photos, but that was the only downside
