Very convenient!”
I chose this hotel because they had a women-only floor and the price was reasonable. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had everything I needed and it was very convenient. They provided towels, a light gown, and slippers, as well as disposable toothbrushes and Muji skincare products in the shared washing area. There were also several "nice to have" items like paper towels, disinfected combs, and a hair dryer in the shower room. They provided shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, and body wash, so I didn't need to bring my own. There were lockers with keys, so I felt secure leaving my belongings there. The only downside was that the water temperature and pressure in the shower were a bit unstable, but it was still usable. The bed had a thin mattress, but it was more comfortable when I put the comforter underneath it. They also provided a thick blanket that was helpful in the air-conditioned room. If you're sensitive to the cold, I recommend using the blanket. Overall, it was a good value for the price.
Super ”
Very good
Excellent!”
Nice common area. Close to Chibachuo station.
Crazy staff that speaks Japanese language only and very strange and strict rules.”
The staff is really stressed out if you are new to Japan and don't speak Japanese language.... After a long journey and some wrong locations I arrived finally (quite tired) at the hotel. When you enter You need to take off your shoes - so I did. In the entrance area there are special lockers for street shoes. I wanted to first approach the staff at the check-in to... well check in. But I was shouted at (I didn't understand why) and was at some point told to leave. "Go out! Go out!" I stayed and showed my passport. Then the staff calmed down and actually checked me in. There are very strict rules that are to follow. One of the worst is: You have to check out every day (I stayed 5 nights) until 10 a.m. You have to leave the building. You can enter at 3 p.m.earliest. If you arrive 10 minutes early You get shouted at to leave NOW! So from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. you are on the street whether it is sunshine or rain. The rest of the rules took some time to get used to.
Too strict hotel. ”
I seldom complaint about my staying but this time I really want to say something. This hotel is very clean & near station very convenient. But it's too strict, we re tourist not soldiers. The staff checking from time to time, if found out our belongings outside the capsule they will remove it all into inside. After 10am we have to go out from the hotel they will make cleaning. I had managed check out before 10am but sit for a while watching my phone, than the staff asking me to leave even with polite way but it's very annoying. If put luggage after check out they will charge us 1,000 yen which never happens in my life have to pay left luggage for few hours after check out. I did clarified long time with previous staff whom didn't speak English at all & got misunderstanding, by the end still asking me to pay if I left luggage. Strongly advise to the hotel side we re tourist not Japanese strict army, it's very disgusting !
