Clean hotel room and very helping staff ”
I stayed at Central Hotel for 2 nights. My room was tidied up well and was very clean. As it was my 1st time in Danang, Lan and her team were very helpful to my request for directions, was able to provide their personal recommendations of places to eat local food and the recommendations were quite good in fact. Although I booked my own Grab to move within the city, they were proactive to help me ask within their network, to double check for the correct destination. Especially on the last day, they helped me talk to the Grab driver, to ensure that I was driven to correct airport terminal for my flt. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would highly recommend this hotel! Summary Location: Near Han market and lots of popular eateries within a 15mins walk Traveler's note: On my 1st night, opposite the hotel, there was a local eatery which had a karaoke session which was very noisy. This was the only thing which I found was irritating.

Fully recommended for this class of hotel. Clean hotel room. Very courteous and helpful staff. Even have free breakfast for this price and the staff cooked nice omelette on the spot and even heated up the nice fried rice. Hotel also provide usage of a bicycle for free What else can I ask for?

When we arrived the staff very friendly and efficient brought us a nice cold welcome drink brought our bags up genuinely caring friendly. Great location and walkable to many places. Unfortunately I booked the room for the spa and sauna and probably due to the past pandemic it’s not back up and running. Room is fine and bed comfortable, staff is super friendly and helpful at breakfast that once again wasn’t Buffett but they made fresh eggs one day and nice Pho on my other. There is a little coffee/smoothie place underneath it at street level that was really nice, small place but the guy could not be nicer and made nice drinks.

Booked a Superior Double Room for a one night stay. Room was small but comfortable. Unlike many hotels in Da Nang at the same price level, the hotel is very quiet and you can hardly hear noise from the street. Staff was friendly and helpful, spa was good for the price. However, water pressure was quite low during my stay. Everything else was good. Would recommend!

New hotel. Good location. Reasonable price. Beautiful pool at the 9/F. Clean room. Breakfast has lots of selection and items change everyday. Spa with 40% discount. Very good services by staff who arranged decent decoration to my room for celebration of our wedding anniversary. There is door hinge problem and door needs to be closed with force and making noise and soundproofing can be improved. Anyway a very good choice for budget traveler.

The staffs at reception and restaurant were genuinely friendly and helpful. I requested drinking water from one of the staff and they sent it to our room immediately. During breakfast, the chef in the restaurant noticed that I was not eating in a right way, he got me a dipping sauce, and also offered me an omelette even though I didn't order, what a friendly service. Room, bedding and bathroom were clean and comfortable, equipped with all quality necessities. Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting Danang.

Fantastic place, I had the penthouse, which was great value, wish I could have w stayed longer. The penthouse is the only room on that floor and the roof top pool. Staff were so great, very engaging and always ready to help in any way possible. Worth the money if you are in Da Nang.
