"Stayed here a few times whilst up visiting the family. The hotel is a good clean hotel, if not a little dated. However the rooms are large with a balcony. There isnt a lift to the rooms so beware if you are on a higher floor. Breakfast is just coffee and rice soup, but it does the job for a couple of hours. A short walk to the night market and also there is a farang bar ( one bar ) around the corner if you are in the mood for a few cold ones. There isn't much to do as far as night life in chaiyaphum, apart from the shopping and local eating places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here if you are here for a night or two."

"if you are looking for a place close to the hospital, this is easy walking distance. The other nice thing about this place is the swimming pool. They also have a decent breakfast. Contrary to some of the reviews the breakfast is kept warm. It is not what you would get at a large hotel in Bangkok. Also yes there are some chickens running around. Not that many. However, yes you may want to watch were you step. Next the beds. I should just say box springs. The beds do NOT have a mattress on them. We tried to get them to put a foam mattress on the bed, like they use for extra beds in the room. However, the staff doesn't want to do that for you. Also yes none of the hotels in the Chaiyaphum area seem to have any television that is not in Thai language only. In the end if you have children in your group this is the best place to stay in the town/city center. "

"after many years in this area have found that there are no good hotels in Chaiyaphum city but this one is still worse than average. Decided to stay here in spite of bad reviews as wife had meeting next door pros's - room clean, wifi adequate, a/c ok. cons - bed hard, bedding old, hot water weak, tv old and no English channels, hotel staff have no English ability, could not find our booking for almost 1 hour, and next day had to insist that payment was to be collected by hotel per booking - she was rude implying that we somehow were responsible for her failure. I made sure we paid and got a receipt to avoid being stopped at the airport leaving Thailand since they collect passport information. More cons - very limited parking and security demanded we move our cars as the hotel receives deliveries at nite. Will definitely not stay here again"

You can easy find street food, restuarants, convinience store from three by walking. The place is quiet, clean and really cozy. Only bad is wall may be too thin so don't be lound. With This Price don't think too much. Book here"
