I booked 3 rooms in this place expecting standard service and facilities, but I was totally disappointed with the service and facilities. Starting with hotel pick-up, my whole family was taken to Hotel in scoter side car like thing, they could have arranged Tuk-tuk or Eclectic cart (which is available in the Hotel). The rooms were not neat and looks like painted long time back, the bathrooms were smelly and I requested them to clean. Even after cleaning there was no improvement. Staff Attitude – Our key was locked inside the room around 9:00 pm and we asked help via all the available help line, however there was no response from the hotel. Then I myself visited the reception, I couldn’t find any one the behaviour of the staff was not at all friendly. It took more than 1 hour to resolve the issue. Finally breakfast – The breakfast provided was Thai that too just a chicken and rice mix soup, there was no other option like bread or cereals.

There was no view! Only rooms on upper floor has view. Property may look relatively new but is not well kept. Bathroom door has no handle, water heater is falling off, TV remotes not working. Many better resort/hotel nearby better. Breakfast provided was pathetic!

Dirty, old hotel and not value money”
First, room is small and full of spiderwebs.I asked cleaner to clean up but still have them on the wall. Bed made from cement and keep hit the edge all the time because it like 5 inch from entry door. Toilet is unacceptable so old. Air-con is very noisy and I can’t change temperature or anything. ##I don’t recommend this place#

Nice sea view but”
It has a nice sea view. However, the room I got it's a little bit dirty. There is sand on the floor and the pillow cases are smelly. It seems like they don't change. The mattress is hard I can feel spring metals under it. So the next day on island I just change the hotel. :(

All the other reviews on this hotel seem to be incorrect - many indicate that you get a motorcycle included with the stay, but I was charged extra for this. I checked in at 6pm and paid for the motorcycle and was told we would have it for a day. They told us we had to return it when we checked out at 11am the next morning. We basically paid for motorcycle hire to go down the road for dinner. The room itself was uncomfortable - there was no remote for the air-conditioning, which seemed to be stuck at an unreasonably cold temperature. The bed was hard. The shower was extremely weak, it basically trickled water out - which was strange as the bum gun + tap seemed to have very strong water pressure. The hotel is located up a hill about 700m away from the pier. The only good thing about this hotel was probably the check-in, where they provided transport from the pier to the hotel.

No toiletries like shampoo and soap, there's only a tissue. And we found a cockroach in the bathroom which I also heard from the other guests that they also found one. Please do something about this. But other than that we had a great stay plus the view was nice. Staff were also friendly.

The room and everything is like 2 stars hotel. The only best thing for this hotel is you will get a free motor bike to ride around an island (on your own) during your stay.

Hotel is decent, but got scammed”
The hotel is not bad, albeit a bit far from the port. Room is nice and there's a good view. Bathroom is not so nice, the shower is right on top of the toilet bowl. When we arrived it looked like they didn't know who we were, even though I booked and already paid on Agoda. But the worst was that we got scammed with some "marks" on the side of the bike which we rented. I had no accident whatsoever in those 2 days, but they insisted that I made it and asked 2200B for repairs, or they wouldn't return my passport. Managed to lower it to 1000B and left. The whole staff was very rude about the whole thing, even though I was trying to solve it pacifically. I should have taken pictures beforehand... avoid!

Pas de desk check in. Parle pas un seul mot anglais. Petit dejeuner tres pauvre, une sorte de soupe de riz tres cuite, et tous les matins meme pdj. Le personel est sympa, mais on ne se comprend pas. C un hotel pour touristes thai plutot que pour etrangers
