"I booked the hotel thru Agoda about local time 7pm and I reach the hotel from Malaysia - Thailand border around 9.30pm after my dinner at the city center. I was told by the staff their hotel are fully booked. I'm suprised cause my payment are paid and why My room got rent to another person. The person in charge told me their room already been booked from the day before and I show the Agoda app there is few rooms still available. After a long conversation, the staff offers me another hotel infront but I'm not satisfied cause the room are looks less cleanliness. At the last, the staff offer me their VIP room with extra pay THB40 and I accepted the deal cause the time are late. By the way, the VIP room are too huge for me cause I'm travelling alone. Overall stay are still OK for me. I recommended this hotel for travellers who has their own transport cause it's quite far away from the city hotspot. My advise!!! Whoever wish to book this hotel better check the room avaibility 1st by telephone to avoid the same experience by me. Cheers!"
