"I need to compare with our pevious vsit last year. Now nobody in reception speaks any English. Last time there was an English-speaking receptionist. The internet constantly went down for hours. Breakfast is now less than before and not in the lovely restaurant as last year. Previously there were 2 staff to meet and greet and to make clients comfortable with plenty of space and nice views. Now there is limited space in a small room more like a corridor. Only one serving staff to keep the limited buffet full and to clear the tables. Food was far better with a choice last time. On our last morning they ran out of food and seats. They should lose a star if only for that as there are enough staff around but need to be managed better. Rooms, grounds, gardens and cleanliness are good the same as before but there are cheaper and better alternatives in Roi Et. There is plenty of space to build a small pool for guests which would make it better value for money."
