Fantastic Value Hotel with Large clean rooms and Great Breakfast!”
A really nice quiet Hotel nestled in the back of Chaweng Lake with great views of the lake (top floor rooms 5 & 6 of each Tower Block have uninterrupted views). The Condotel consists of 22 x 1 Bedroom 60sqm studio apartments & 1 x 2 Bedroom 120sqm apartment. We booked 2 rooms (1 for the kids) and got B5 & B6 which is basically the whole top floor of that Tower. The top floor is the best in my opinion however with no elevator, 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor got the heart pumping! Ha! All the staff are very friendly and always on hand should you need them for anything. 7/11 & Family Mart are a 3 minute walk away and open 24hrs. Downtown Chaweng is a good 15 minute walk around the lake to the shopping malls and main Beach. Agoda have the best rates for this Condotel Hotel at fantastic prices. The perfectly cooked breakfast of Bacon, Sausage, Ham, 2 x Eggs, 2 x Toast with Jams/Butter, Orange Juice & a Cup of coffee is the perfect start to the day over looking the inviting 25m Pool.

A boutique hotel with large rooms!”
we originally booked lakeview condotel for 3 nights because of how good the price per day ... we extended this for another 3 days on top! couldn't believe the large rooms, loved the fitness centre, great pool area, hired our scooters directly from the hotel and a free shuttle bus service into the heart of chaweng beach available. if you don't have a scooter to get around, it is a 5-10 minute walk to the main road then you have to catch transport - no big deal though. it is out of the way but works well. we worked it out pretty quick it is very advantageous to hire a scooter. the downside? no free breakfast, though with the price of the room this wasn't an issue for us. staff were helpful. transport organised from hotel to airport was expensive considering the distance to get there.

Spacious Rooms with Large Balconies & a Fantastic View. ”
Right in Chaweng - only minutes from the action yet a very quiet and peaceful hotel set at the back of Chaweng Lake with great views from the top floor rooms A5 & A6 - B5 & B6 - C5 & C6 - D5 & D6. I struggle to find anything negative to comment on BUT The room entry door and bathroom door of room B6 need planing down as they scrape the floor and are a bit difficult to open/shut. The staff (all of them) are really friendly and welcoming and you can tell they are genuine caring people. You won't find a better hotel in Samui for the rates charged or with such large rooms. The only area that could be improved on is the Restaurant. The Chef cooks your breakfast to order perfectly. Very hard to find a thai that can fry eggs perfectly. I just wish they were open for Lunch & Dinner. They have a Big pool and the Gym is available 24/7. Covered car park with 24hr security. 22 X 60m2 Studio & 1 X 2 Bed Apartments - 2 rooms to each floor - no lifts. Book 2 studios & get entire block floor.

Probably the best place I stayed in Thailand!”
My girlfriend and I knew we wanted to relax on Koh Samui but we also do not like to be separated from the nightlife which made this hotel a perfect choice for us. The strip of Chaweng beach (bars clubs restaurants shopping) is literally a 5-10min scooter ride (rent at hotel $200/day). The staff was AMAZING and the most helpful in all of Thailand from my experiences. The rooms actually look like the pictures (which I have found is not usually the case) and we were constantly asked if we were happy or if they could do anything for us! Definetly recommend the hotel and will definetly stay again if I decide to return to Thailand!

Fantastic hotel with oustanding service”
We stayed 3 nights at Chaweng Lakeside Condotel and we will definitely be staying there again. The location is away from the beach, but it is quiet and they have a complimentary car to the beach. The rooms are clean, and huge! We would have loved to stay longer if we had the time. The kitchen is fully catered with an oven, stove top, tables & chairs and all utensils. Bathroom was large with a big bath and separate shower. There's also a balcony with chairs and a fan. The pool was inviting and wonderful. The gym is very basic, but good if you want to feel a little better after all the delicious food! Our highlight was the travel agent downstairs who helped us with everything we need. He is very comitted to customer service and provided us with his mobile in case we needed any help and escorted us early morning to the main road to get a bus to the port.

Very good stay”
I have stayed in Chaweng many times however this was my first visit on my own so this Condotel had all the facilities of a hotel but felt like an apartment. Being away from Chaweng was great and the location is so peaceful and only a short taxi ride away from Chaweng High Street. It is extremely clean with new towels and linen changed daily and a great pool that you can have a decent swim in. I would recommend this great value hotel to anyone that wants a peaceful time with no pressure of hotel staff trying to sell you extras!

Very nice rooms”
My girlfriend and I are English teachers from Ban Na San. We had a long weekend for the Buddhist holiday so we made the two hour trek by motorbike to the Seatran ferry in Donsok. The only really bad part of this hotel is trying to find the place. There are literally no signs, not one. The best way I could describe it is once you pass the big Tescolotus coming from the north side of the island, look for a big blue sign on the right, Dr. Wirath's pharmacy or something. There is a "Family Mart" on the left, turn left on the road just before it. The road winds a little through a small neighborhood where you wouldn't expect a hotel to be, especially from the pictures, but keep going and it will be on your right. It has to be the only "Condotel" on the island. The front desk is very friendly and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. Full kitchen and two balconies, and four different options for showering and/or taking a bath. If you're bored, you can actually get all four working simultaneously! The place is rather secluded which, for some odd reason people actually complain about. Obviously having a motorbike is a factor, but the longer you stay in Thailand the more you try to avoid the "ferang(foreigners)" even though you are one. Anywho, if you stay on the road and keep going past the hotel there is a great dirt road that the locals use that hugs the lake all the way around to downtown Chewang. The ambitious walker could be on the beach in about 30 minutes. With a motorbike it's a great way to avoid the ridiculous traffic in Chewang. When you get downtown, do yourself a favor and just park your motorbike at the Tops. It's right in the middle of everything and it's free. There's a guy working the entrance but he just waved us through, could just be a low season thing though.

Good modern hotel, great view from very nice room and very big balcony, good breakfast, thai or western. Very relaxed hotel,good swimming pool, efficient pleasant staff,sitting on the balcony was great at sunset and evening, waking up to sunrise through floor to ceiling patio doors very nice, as was having a bath with great view out window. Bit out of the way, but I had bike so 5 minutes and your at chaweng beach.Great stay overall.

Lovely hotel away from the crowds”
We were hesitant when booking this hotel as we didnt want to be located away from the town, but this proved to be a great decision. The hotel is fantastic, new and very clean. The rooms are large and spacious. The pool is gorgeous and a lovely way to unwind at the end of the day. The staff are overly friendly, helping with borrowing utensils, booking tours etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good idea to stay as family”
hotel is far from chaweng beach but they have free transport to lotus and beach . they have big bed. and can cook. they have big swimming pool , 3 meter dept . the owner is very welcome. you can ask for car rent about baht per day .

Peaceful hotel”
The hotel is new and the rooms are very nice. There was a full bathtub and separate shower with hot water. The bed was large ad the sheets were very nice. I could rent a motor bike from the hotel, which I recommend because it makes returning it and checking out easier. The staff is very helpful with helping me get oriented with the area. Also, I read lots of reviews about other hotel/bungalows being a little run down and full of mosquitoes. At this hotel and in my room I encountered very few mosquitoes. It was not a problem at all here.

The once thing we didn't like at this stay, that we were looking for this hotel for 3 hours by motorbike in the rain.. and nobody doesn't know where is this place. But when we've got to this hotel we were surprized of very friendly manager and great room with kitchen and terrace! very quite place and have pool

really enjoyed my stay here, I'm on and off Samui a fair bit for business and was happy to stay here, close enough to the party area and Tesco mall with theater but far enough away to have a quiet nights sleep, will continue to stay here for future visits, did not eat in the restaurant so ignore my rating, agoda requires me to enter a value

Beautiful rooms but very far from everything”
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious with fully equipt kitchens and large balconies, however it was in a very horrible location. Very far from the city and taxis were charging you a ridiculous amount to take you 10mins away. We still did enjoy our stay however next time we come to Koh Samui we will probably think about staying in the centre. Breakfast didnt have much of a variety either so we didnt even bother to have it.

Very good hotel with excellent and very helpfully staff. Room was very clean despite the many mossies..no bites though..close to telcos where you can get cheap food and booze.room is large and clean and kitchen is excellent and bed comfy... Unfortunately the re is no wifi in the room poolside only.

Its a lovely hotel in a quiet place, far from the confusion of Chaweng, with a bike you are in the center in 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful. The manager is nice and helpful. Is a nice place to go with children or family and chill out.

Nice Enviroment”
The location of hotel is next to the Bophut beach and close to fisherman village, many choice of restaurants. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable, nice swimming pool but the sand of the beach seems little beat rough. The best things is we can enjoy our breakfast every morning by the ocean. Overall, it is a nice hotel with nice staff.
