The staff was friendly but did not understand anything. The rooms are basic, clean and noisy (thin walls). The beds are uncomfortable and hard because the mattress is very thin. It is not worth the money.

Very clean bedding, pillowcases, and towels even though they are not new.”
Noisy room, not soundproof, can hear noise from outside which may affect sleep quality. However, the location is good and clean. Not suitable for light sleepers as the noise can be quite disturbing when people pass by the room or open doors to other rooms. The night shift counter staff is an elderly person, so it may not be convenient if there is a need to check anything using modern tools. For example, we booked through Agoda and paid in advance, but the uncle had no way to check if we had actually made a reservation and payment, which was quite inconvenient.

ที่จอดรถค่อยข้างจำกัด ห้องพักขนาดไม่ใหญ่มาก ไม่เก็บเสียง เสียงดังเข้ามาค่อนข้างมาก ทางเดินเข้าห้องพักจะแคบและได้กลิ่นบุหรี่ เตียงไม่สะอาด พบเส้นผมเส้นขน ฝุ่น กลิ่นน้ำยาปรับผ้านุ่มของผ้าห่มแรงมาก จนไม่สามารถห่มถึงอกได้ เตียงค่อนข้างเก่า มีรูบ้าง ผ้าปูก็ขาดบ้าง ผ้าเช็ดตัวสะอาดดีแต่ก็เป็นรูบ้าง ไม่มีไม้แขวนเสื้อในตู้ให้ อินเตอร์เน็ตค่อยข้างเลวร้าย ถ้าอาบน้ำอุ่นพร้อมเปิดแอร์ไฟฟ้าจะตัด พบเจอสองสามรอบ กรณีต้องการทำความสะอาดห้องพักต้องเอากุญแจไปคืนก่อน 11.30 ไม่เช่นนั้นจะไม่ทำความสะอาดให้และผู้ดูแลพูดบอกไม่ค่อยดี ไม่มีหางเสียง ผู้ดูแลบางคนดูเมาสุรา โดยรวมแล้วไม่ประทับใจ

ระบบโรงแรมควรที่จะพัฒนาให้ดีกว่านี้’ไม่ใช่ให้ลูกค้าติดต่อเอง. นี่พักลำปางตอนจองจองเตียงเดี่ยวไป พอไปถึงกลับไม่มี พอโทรมาถามกลับได้คำตอบว่าอ๋อ, พอดีเตียงเดี่ยวหมดแล้วลืมแจ้งไปทางเชียงใหม่ให้เขาทราบ. ไม่เป็นไรเน๊อะ มันก็นอนได้! ค่ะมันก็นอนได้ค่ะป้า พอเราบอกจองมาป้าบอกน้องก็จ่ายตังค์เลย เราก็ถามว่าจ่ายเท่าราคาจองใช่ไหมค่ะ’ 337บาท คนที่อยู่หน้าเคาน์เตอร์บอกเตียงคู่ต้องจ่าย400 อ่ะยังไง! เพราะจองในเว็ปมาแล้วจะยกเลิกตัวเองก็ตัองเสียค่ายกเลิก ก็เลยโทรกลับไปถาม คำตอบคือน้องโทรไปคุยเองได้ไหมค่ะ. อ่าว! จะให้โทรยังไงก็มีอยู่เบอร์นี้เบอร์เดียว. สุดท้ายกว่าจะคุยเสร็จเกือบ20นาที.

It's a hostel, not a hotel. The room rate per night is considered expensive. Both bathroom doors were broken. I was told they would be fixed in the evening, but no one came. The shower and toilet were cramped together, making it difficult to take a shower. The TV was not good, and the air conditioner leaked water, but it still worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. They brought me water when I asked for it. There was no spare key for the room, so if you want it cleaned, you have to leave the key at the counter. There was one hanger for clothes in the room. There was a coin-operated washing machine, but one of them was difficult to use. The bed and pillow were hard, and there was no hair dryer.
