"it was a cloudy, rainy day due to the effect of super typhoon pablo chasing the west philippine sea, started disappointed but misibis bay found a way for us to enjoy our stay. we were still able to do the watersports since the wind is mildy blowing but we can't ride the zipline which is ok. we can't count the times we rode ziplines and it starts to bore us. better yet, misibis bay offered a complimentary segway in replacement of the zipline. the food is fantastic and the rooms are great. swimming pools are all around which means you dont have to worry wherever room you're booked in."

"Casa Simeon is a perfect hotel you'd book if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will really feel the history of the ancestral home through its old interiors, topped off with the great hospitality of its owners and staff. Although it's around a 30-40 minute van ride from Legazpi City, you can easily book a van with Casa Simeon to bring you to wherever you please, or if on a budget, take a UV express (the terminal is a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.) It is also just a 10 minute walk away from the Bacacay Port, which is very convenient if you opt to take an island hopping tour while in Bicol. The hotel also gives a glimpse of the Mayon Volcano, given the fair weather. Pleasant staff, great rooms, very good food and a "chill" hotel, overall giving this a 10/10."
