"what a value, i booked a single room with private bathroom and i was amazed by the accommodations. got there and it was pretty painless to check in everything was explained to me in detail, the room had a big size bed comfortable enough for asian standars, clean big desk, and clean bathroom modern feeling, american standar toilet and sink which tells you is on the med to high end, a 32' Tv with 70+ channels which some of them had english content, tea pot and cups for morning tea or coffee. the cleaning leadys were adorable and helpful even when they didnt speak english they kept my room clean, toilet paper every day cleaning trashcans and changing towels, i stayed 12 nights and they change sheets 3 times.but they made the bed every day. now the food, they have traditional local dishes that are amazing i tried most of them the kitchen lady knows how to cook, and they also have western dishes pizza, sandwiches, pancakes ( a must banana pancakes). lots of different beer for cheap. now the front desk people. Ken = awesome guy always want to help he try to make jokes but sometimes they are not funny which make it funny. Luna= sweet girl funny and cute, super helpful. Jenny= her english maynot be the best of all of them but she try and she is helpful. . Jennifer= bla... Tifanny = <3 WOW she is adorable and always with an smile willing to help. overall this is a must if you are staying in Chengdu the atmosphere is amazing, you will meet people in the common areas and they have free activities every day except sundays.
