"They staff were very generous, helpful, kind, attentive and absolutely careful to every single guest. Even after my 2 nights of stay in the hotel, one of the staff offered to walk me to my next hotel. I visited Darjeeling at the end of December 2019. Spent almost 30 minutes to find the hotel though. It was located up on stairs in a small alley again but only 5 minutes walking distance to main bus station. My deluxe room was big enough to do 10 flips but a little dusty in my opinion because of the carpet flooring. I also struggle with the water heater which delivered hot water for only the first 4 minutes of showering😅 The rest of that was just FREAKING COLD. The blanket wasn’t so cozy enough to me that I needed to have a small heater for 400 rupees a night. Overall stay is just perfect to me. You couldn’t find any hotel else that offers you this intimate and caring services. And yes! It’s really on your budget :)"
