We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights here. The rooms were clean and located in good location. Walk 8 minutes to train station. Many restaurants located near this hotel.
i love this hotel. even though a bit far from train station, but the room was superb! i love my view. facing Kitakami river. might choose this hotel again in the future
Staff is very nice.
the room furniture was quit old. the dinner buffet was not good as i expected. the onsen was in standard quality but not worth traveling to try.
They was 3 hotel link together, so can enjoy 3 hotel onsen, roses onsen for lady. Free entry to rose garden and can enjoy the walk to the waterfall.
We stopped over in kitakami on our way to tokyo from Hokkaido. The hotel is just next to the train station, super convenient. The room.is big by Japanese standard. And the morning breakfast is good . There are couple of izakayas in front of hotel for dinner at night .

The hotel is located next to the train station. All Japan Rail Pass traveller can use this hotel as a Stop to e.g. explore Tono and other cities nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bed is unexpectedly soft, but that’s really the only pro. The carpet is worn and dirty, rooms smell. Even the Rooftop sento was disappointing, it is not possible to see the view.
