I intended to book the room type with open hot spring bath and therefore I choose to pay a higher price. But when I enter the room, I notice that it is a indoor bath inside a bathing room (though it is hot spring), the staff tell me the picture of the room type is not correct, and cannot swap another room to me. Disappointed !
This actually is a love hotel. A bit old but it's a big room, big bed & clean! they provide everything you need (like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dryers, facial Staffs .............). The location is not far from Kusatsu Station as taking less than 10min on foot. The staffs are kind and cleaning condiotion of room i spreety good. Breakfast is not bad but also not various because a guest should choose one as provided.
