Hotel is near Morioka station, Toyota rent-a-car is next to hotel. It is convenient to travel anywhere. When my family stayed there, we enjoyed free breakfast which had a lot of food choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly, gave us several vending machine coins for free drink. I would like to stay here again when visiting Morioka next time.

Good and comfortable hotel in Morioka. A bit 5-minute walk from the station.

Although the location is a little far from Morioka station, the walk allowed us to explore one street which is very similar to Kyoto. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and provide almost all necessities.

Semi Double Room was tiny, only had a hand width allowance in the walkway after opening up my medium sized luggage fully. Toilet was such that I could spit into the sink while on the toilet seat. Walking direction from Morioka JR Station was a little tricky . Helped by a friendly local Japanese, arrived there within 15 mins. The check-in process was not smooth. The room key cards kept on having red light errors; took a while to fix the issue. The spacious room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. A bit of a walk from the train station (ca 20min) but manageable and great location to explore sights of Morioka and take daytrips. Excellent value as room was a good size, very good standard, comfy, clean, I enjoyed spending time in the room. Two convenience stores across the road and many eateries nearby. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

I probably should have paid more attention before booking, but the room I got was smaller than the standard rooms in most business hotels in Japan. Location is quite good as it is only 2-3 mins away from JR Morioka station. I like how it has a laundry facility too, and they supply the detergents.

The location of the hotel caused significant confusion as there are two Toyoko Inns in Morioka, one called Toyoko Inn Morioka and one called Toyoko Inn Morioka Ekimae. These are 3 blocks apart and both near the Railway Station, but they are not differentiated on the Website so we went to the wrong one. We stayed for 3 nights with teens. It was super service. The reception assisted us with our day to day plans and we had free bus shuttle. The osen was clean and you had 3 options. If you are after tradition, gold star service & traditional Japanese cuisine.. book this place!!!

We loved it. It was perfect and it was right at downtown. We went to a bar there that had the best drinks we've had in Japan.

good location, at the main street of Morioka and near the station. worthy price, breakfast included, can also having dinner at matsuya or ramen nearby, enjoying the stay here. recommended hotel.

The location is good, very close to the JR station. Walking within 5 mins distance. The hotel room is very small just as other japan hotel. The bed is comfy and big and the bath is good size too. The hotel provided free breakfast, it is nice and just a very transitional jap style breakfast.

Would recommend this hotel. Although is not cheap but service’s that you get is really value. The room are very clean and staffs are all very nice and helpful.

This Ryokan is a real value for money. The food was awesome. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. One issue to note that they do not accept credit card. It is cash only. However, this is not mentioned in booking form. If one decides to pay at the ryokan but does not have cash could be in potential trouble.

I had 3,5 hours sleep in the previous 2 days, so I immediately crashed upon touching the bed, and woke up before the sunrise around 5 AM. Best sleep of my life, would recommend!

Though it's a little far from the center of town, this hotel was amazing! It's in the Tsunagi district of Morioka (hot springs). There was a bus stop nearby and the owner was very kind. It was a great place to stay! (Assuming you know at least conversational Japanese.)

Free hotel shuttle bus from Morioka JR station to hotel which is good. Serving dinner in the room with different varities. Food quality is ok but not super delicious. English standard of the staff is just fair and sometimes, difficult to communicate.

If you want to experience an onsen hotel this is a good choice! It's a big hotel, not a traditional ryokan for sure, but my japanese style room was wonderful with a great view over the countryside.
