"For a family, it is great because you are totally isolated from the outside world of Pattaya. The hotel stretches from Beach Road all the way to 2nd Road so you can exit on either end. For the price, you just can't beat it. My children loved their stay and want to go back. there is a big pool with a great section for young kids. My room is fine and the carpet was ok. I read a lot about dirty carpets on here and that worried me because my son has allergies but his nose was perfectly clear the whole weekend we stayed. Half the hotel was shut down when we were there for cleaning so I think they know the have to clean he place up. The rooms were big and we had plenty of room. Remember, it is the smokers who ruin these places by sitting in their rooms, smoking away and stinking up the rooms. But as I said, our room was fine. I've lived in Thailand for 12 years so the air-conditioner was fine for me. It has a limit of 25 celciius. I am use to the weather here and it was cool enough for me and actually got cold at night. However, if you were visiting in the middle of hot season in April, it might not be enough. Also, if you are a European who lives in a cold climate, you might feel you want it colder. This is one policy the hotel should change or they should lower the air-con to 22-23 celcius. For us, it was just fine and I felt this hotel was an incredible value for the money. We've stayed at countless hotels in Pattaya because we live so close to the area. We always pay around 1000 bah a night. This one is our favorite at the moment. Another bonus is the place was nearly empty so we felt like we had the resort to ourselves! We felt like movie stars!"

"brand new hotel in pattaya! i've always thought the what ever photos they post in agoda doesnt really look like what the actual hotel is. but i was wrong, beside the hotel is cheap the room is very nice, clean and huge. i got the leisure room and it was one of the best room's i had. the infinity pool was amazing! just like the marina bay sand's in singapore, the hotels pool was outstanding. two pools, 24th and 26th floor. they also show movies every night 1900 at the pool. the staff were very helpful and attentive, from the moment you check-in to the moment you check-out. i really loved the hotel, i would stay again in this hotel if i come back to pattaya. "We stayed 4 Nights with my 2 friends. The Room we booked by Online was not the one they had given us. This was very small for 3 people and brought to their attention, they had upgraded to a fantastic family room with out any extra payment. The first notable thing that we feel about this hotel is the freedom that we enjoy during our stay , no hustles, no interference from any side.... very good breakfast spread, different dishes..... only a small thing we felt in convenience that we faced during our stay is the group booking they do take from tour operates across the glob which gives us big croud in restaurants while on breakfast time. "Booked 8 nights with Agoda, payed in full at check-in, saw my „superior“ room, saw the pool with green water.... Went back to reception, told them my opinion in a very, very insulting way - and got all my money back. The way I expressed my opinion was so insulting (but very friendly and very polite) that I expected, to get in trouble with security. But - while I explained to them, that this Place is only acceptable for people from shithole-countries, they already started preparing my 8.000 Baht. In the end I appreciated, that they did not hesitate to give my money back - and gave each of them 200 baht Tipp. Reason: They have both stayed friendly! Pattaya and its tourists have become so horrible, that I went back to Bangkok immediately. That was a very good decision! "

"There are too many options in Pattaya, at the same price point, that have RELIABLE internet and non-anemic air conditioners. This hotel is in a good location and the staff are great; however, that can be said of many hotels in Pattaya. If you drive a vehicle to this hotel, there is a good chance your vehicle will be trapped in the parking lot when you want to use it. The internet was available, maybe, 30% of the time we tried it, and we slept above the blanket because the A.C. was terrible. The maintenance people said it takes a while for it to get cold. Apparently, "a while" is more than 2 days."

"We stayed for 4 nights, the hotel is fairly modern and the rooms are a decent size. My only complaint about our room is the smell from the drains in the bathroom, it was very unpleasant. The hotel is about a 10minute walk from walking street and just off the main road where you can catch the baht bus To jomtien beach. We did not know much about the area before we arrived but wish we had stayed in jomtien as this is a quite area compare to south Pattaya. If you want to stay in amongst the action I would recommend this hotel."

"From the moment I arrived till the time I left I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, and it is always done with a smile. The food was good, espically the breakfast, the selection on offer was massive. My room was spacious, clean and with a fantastic large balcony. All in all my stay at the hotel was awesome, and for me now, there is only one hotel in Pattaya!"
