"If all you need is a clean basic room ( AC/TV/hot shower/ internet) that is new and securely run, this Tantawan Place is worth a try. Plenty of parking space on the premises. A clean taxi service is available (80 baht to get to the city center or an easy 20 minute walk to Roi-et’s beautiful city park. 7-Eleven across the street and a good restaurant ( Milano’s) next door. There are coin operated washing machines also for the long term stayer. "

"This little place just keeps getting better. Cooked to order western breakfast now available. The rooms are large and comfortable, with the little balcony and cafe table a plus. Always clean, and everything in good working order. If you haven't been there, it's a bit difficult to find, but a short walk into the center of town, market, etc. Definitely my place to stay in Roi Et."
