The room was very nice but the breakfast buffet was terrible. If they can improve their food quality, i think this hotel will be a good choice to stay.
Hotel is on 6 floor (reception) but there is a conceirge waiting for you at lobby evem when 1 arrive at midnight and gladly help ypu with bag. Check out also very fast. Had a good sleep and rest. Most staff can speak english. They have 3 pin powerpoint on the wall so no need to borrow China adapter. ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ... ... ... ... ... ... But be careful ...
Everything is good...you just need to know how to speak chinese so it's not a hassle...food and convenience store is easy to find too...room is comfortable too

They also provide shuttle to the nearby hi-speed train station. One thing to watch out for is that they may release the reservation on Agoda if it's not paid for already on Agoda. I speak Mandarin, so it is easy to communicate. The staff are extremely well. Helped me with travel to mt cangyan and helped me order McDonalds haha. Do note the address of the hotel is wrong. It is on tangu east st.
The hotel is strategically located in one of the busiest area in Shijiazhuang. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. I will go there again in the future.
