"Such a wonderful place best hotel in Tagaytay in my opinion the breakfast buffet was good I enjoyed the garlic rice and pastries most although the waiters and waitresses should be more attentive to the patrons at the buffet. The rooms were top notch very clean internet was also top notch very friendly room service was hit or miss some items were decently priced while others were quite high but you get what you pay for! Gym is small but a nice workout can be had in their gym. Also my wife enjoyed the massage they gave to her located nearby the gym area"

"I had an amazing experience with Quest Hotel. Although, I did have some trouble booking because my flight to Manila arrived at midnight and I wouldn’t arrive in Tagaytay until 2ish - 3ish AM. If you do arrive at an ungodly time - book a day in advance and just email the front desk ahead of time of when you will be expecting to be there. The location of the hotel is kind of like a hidden gem and as it was newly built not a lot of local people knew about it. My family who picked me up got lost and we were honestly driving around in circles trying to look for it. I pulled out my phone and it showed that it was behind the Fora Rotunda. The location on Google now says it’s behind Fora Mall and Ayala Mall, which is extremely helpful. There is a security guard at night. Just the location of where Quest Hotel is so so so convenient. I loved being close to both malls. Fora Mall was still having some stores being built so going to Ayala Mall specifically Waltermart was my go-to. I loved the fact that you could walk in the back and bam - you’re at Fora Mall. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They made my first solo trip to the Philippines amazing. My room was clean and every day they leave new glass cups and water. I had WiFi so I was happy. My only regret was not having the checkout time longer. Also, I feel extremely guilty that I didn’t leave a tip as my family rushed me out of the room so I could make it to my flight. I’ll definitely be back to Quest for my next trip to the Philippines and my only expectation is to have the same experience as my first. Also, did I mention that staff was as accommodating and kind!?!? I need more vacation time and to go back. "

"Deluxe View Room was amazing, you'll fall inlove with the view. Staff were very courteous and professional, felt like a 4 or 5 star hotel. The sound of the piano playing all throughout the day added to the feeling of exclusivity and class. Food on the breakfast buffet was a bit weird though, who serves tuna sisig during breakfast? Needless to say, again, the view from the breakfast lounge saved that weird food combination. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who'll be looking for a good hotel in Tagaytay (with the killer view of Taal). Hopeful to stay again in the future."

"I have stayed in several hotels in tagaytay and so far this is the best I have been so far. The rooms are elegantly designed with a touch of class. The rooms can easily compete with 5 star hotels but with just a fraction of the price. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, they seem to take care of details in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom amenities are available only upon request, but this is understandable because, even other countries do that too, hotels also do their part in saving the planet by minimizing the use of plastic containers, etc. The staffs are friendly and ready to serve with a smile. Breakfast is good, I love the tapa! The location is also right in the center of Tagaytay which is good. Overall, this is a hotel that will give you value for money. This is definitely the best hotel in Tagaytay. Definitely, I will book this hotel again in my next Tagaytay trip."

"Booked a room out of impulse due to an unplanned weekend getaway with my parents. I was a bit hesitant at first because it is a little far from the center. But I was really happy I chose this hotel to relax with my family. We arrived late (around 11pm) and the staff is still very welcoming. ROOM- It was big and you can really move around and not feel claustrophobic at all. we got queen size beds as well . The room has a small veranda, so you can enjoy the scenic view and cold weather in the morning. PARKING- They have ample slots for parking and with direct access to your rooms. SPACE- The property is really spacious, with lots of greens and even has a golf course. So if you're a fitness junkie, you may jog around the area in the morning. FOOD- They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner (order until 10pm only). Selection is limited, but shouldn't be a problem since it is near other establishments LOCATION- Not in the center of Tagaytay, but that's what we came here for- to relax. "

"We stayed overnight and I can say that this is the one of the best hotels in Tagaytay because of the location. Overlooking Taal is simply amazing and seeing the sunrise is awesome! Second is convenience because it is just beside Robinson's supermarket and some resto like Giligans, Starbucks, Razon's, Classic Savory, Rai Rai Ken and Hap Chan and 5-10 minute walk from Skyranch. Simply one of the best hotels in Tagaytay!"

"Pros: - Very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to relax while getting a massage - Fairly near the other landmarks you want to visit in Tagaytay - All the staff were very courteous and helpful - The food taste good ; pricey but good - Lots of activities to do when you're there (farm visit, juice making, coffee roasting, etc) - Room we got was surprisingly very clean (I was prepared for the worst because of the nature theme of the place) - Don't leave this place without getting a massage/spa treatment! Cons: - As with all things nature-related, be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes - Pool is always dirty as well though can't really blame the staff 'cause the place is just surrounded by greenery and leaves, insects and whatnot will always find their way to the pool - Breakfast spread is a bit sparse with only a few options available - I found the massage/spa prices to be a bit on the pricier side so just make sure your budget takes this into account All in all, my wife and I had a fairly pleasant stay.
