Where to stay in Takasaki
Takasaki hotels & accommodations
The hotel is not exactly consider as cheap, but the location is best. it's just around the first junction from station exit. Best base for being in Takasaki then travel to other nearby city or tourist spot. The room space is bigger than most of the Japanese hotel. Basic facilities are all there. considering it's in Japan, as such a big hotel, it's a pity there is no p...
Plans to go Gala Yuzawa for ski by Shinkansen. APA Takasaki is the best option. Near by JR station & take the train just 20 mins. to resort. All facilities are nice. There are shopping mall around areas. Good to stay.
The Hot Spring on the top floor really made this hotel better than the others. The hot spring is actually really good quality compared to many others in Japan. Room design is different than most business hotels, and is also quite spacious. Having the free beer and ramen is also a nice bonus too. Not so far from Takasaki station, under a 10 minute walk. Not an issue. ...
I would like to express my sincere "thank you" to one of the male staff on glasses (forgot to ask his name), who had gone the extra mile in helping me to find a post office and send an urgent mail during Saturday, as most of the post offices are closed during weekends. Apart from that, the hotel room is very clean and relatively spacious, with an excellent location rig...
i like this hotel. near to station & spacious room. might choose this hotel in the future for different location in Japan. highly recommended!
The place is nice and quiet. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. The view is nice. What is worth mentioning is that dinner and breakfasts are very nicely served and tasty (Japanese style). Yet, be aware if you are vegetarian of any sort - as most of Japanese hotels, this one also is not familiar with the idea of not eating meat. Onsen (guests can use one in hotel an...
Rooms are a little tight, but nothing unexpected. Pleasant public bath facility, tasty breakfast, and good overall stay. A/C strangely stopped turning out cool air a couple of times, but that’s our real only complaint.
The staff (when we checked in and couples of days) is like not welcoming us. Different with the staff when we left the Hotels.
very classic Japanese style inn with great architecture and atmosphere. perfect if you have a car, but buses are also available. ideal for a weekend off Tokyo
Just 3 minutes' walk away from the JR Takasaki Station with no hassle to moving up and down and bumpy roads, the Hotel is very conveniently located. No problem even for people with heavy luggage. Upon my arrival I was immediately impressed by the refreshing interior design of the Hotel lobby, only to find that my room was even more impressive. It is equipped with eve...
Great staff, nice location and it really clean!
I was surprised to see the size of the beds in our twin singles. The room can easily sleep two average sized adults and two small children. Check out was a breeze - just drop your card key in boxes in the lobby or ground floor entrance. Check-in and check-out times are inflexible though - the case with most business hotels in Japan. You have to check-in only after 3pm ...
