The location in front of Utsunomiya Station was fortunate, and I think it was a sale price that contributed to the excellent cost-performance. Additionally, one reason I had a comfortable stay was the service, such as being carefully taught how to use the automatic check-in machine at the time of check-in. One thing that was a bit unsatisfactory was that the hotel's multi-story parking garage had size restrictions, which meant I couldn't park my three-number SUV and had to use an external parking lot instead.
- Overall rating this time is 60 points. The impression changes 180 degrees depending on the room's location... This time I had a room at the back, and all I could see from the window was the wall of the neighboring building, so the price exceeding 10,000 yen felt a bit steep. Last time, I had a corner room facing the bustling street, which was a world of difference... - The location is just a 3-minute walk to the station, with many shops around, so there's no trouble finding dinner. - Cleanliness is great! The entire room is clean!! The bedroom and unit bath are very neat, no complaints. The bathtub, in particular, was cute and nice. - The reception staff was polite and kind. However, check-in is done automatically after staff explanation. - Facility services are well-equipped with amenities promoting SDGs, which is common in many hotels these days. Drip coffee was a nice touch in the morning and evening. It's very disappointing that the aroma spa and Sekkisui from Numazu were not available.

Since I had my child with me, I chose this place because it has a room with separate bath and toilet. The breakfast is a set menu, so I didn't use it this time. I felt a bit of wear and tear with age, but the cleaning was done properly, and it's close to the light rail station and only about five minutes to Utsunomiya Station, making it convenient. I plan to use it again if I have the opportunity. I appreciated that they found my lost item.

I stayed at the same hotel in Numazu on the first day of Golden Week and liked it, so I stayed in Utsunomiya this time. - The location is 3 minutes from the station, and the parking fee is 1,000 yen per night. There are many shops nearby, so there's no trouble finding dinner. - Cleanliness is excellent!! The whole room is very clean!! The corner room is slightly larger, and both the bedroom and unit bath are very clean with no complaints. Especially, having a separate toilet, washbasin, and bath (which is cute) was very nice. - The reception staff is also kind. However, after an explanation from staff, check-in is done automatically. - The amenities and services are well-equipped, featuring the SDGs-related items that many hotels are promoting nowadays. The drip coffee is a nice touch morning and night. It was disappointing that the aroma spa and Sekkisei found in Numazu were not available.
