I stayed in Danat Al ain resort for 1 night, with my mother. We were recieved with great hospitality by every one of the hotel staff, special thanks to Ms Maysa who seeing my mother as a senior citizen offered us the best room and accommodation facilities to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The iftar and sohor was in hotel resturant was very delicious with nice variety of food. The ambience was so comfortable and suitable for the holy moth of Ramadan. The room was so clean and the furniture was perfect and we had twin beds room, each bed was queen bed size I think, it was very big and so comfortable that I slept full 7 hours for the 1st time since long time. Thank you and keep up the good work, we will definitely come again and recommend it to friends and family.

We are currently booked in at the Danat hotel for - couple of days. All staff have been very courteous to us and we have been very happy with the hotel . I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The oranges and bakery items were not fresh. When I inquired about the bakery, staff claimed the items were baked the previous night, but it seemed like they were at least two days old. In an attempt to fix the situation, they heated the food and returned it, which didn’t help. The room, particularly the washroom, was in need of maintenance, which made my stay uncomfortable. The food was bland overall, and while there was a decent variety, it wasn’t enough. The quality and brands used in the breakfast were far below even 1-star standards. Even the omelette was of such low quality that it had an awful smell. They claimed the food tasted different because they had changed the chef, but I don’t think the issue is the chef—the problem is the poor-quality ingredients the chef is working with. I also tried their dinner, which had little variety, and the food was tasteless. The desserts, though they looked appealing, tasted awful. We requested a birthday cake, and even though they claimed they had been preparing it since we checked in, the cake was just as disappointing as the rest of the food—bland and tasteless. The hotel facilities, in general, also need upkeep. I had made a special request during booking for both rooms to have king-size beds, but was told it wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked. However, I don’t think it’s that hard to accommodate a request for king-size beds, and the hotel didn’t seem fully booked. To top it off, they placed a complimentary honey and jam platter on the table, but the platter was dirty, and one of the honey jars had already been opened. It was supposed to be a holiday, but honestly, I didn’t enjoy a bit of it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was all together pleasant stay..Family pool is very vast and nice..play area is having sand, it would be better to have that synthetic ground to avoid dust.They have very nice to garden to walk around and sit together. Now we had only breakfast buffet there...its good but not overwhelming...could be better...rooms were big and spacious, clean and service also on time..we didnt face any issues at any time..we stayed for two days and spend entire time there only as it was really hot outside...its has its own restaurants wheteas its near to outside restaurants and al ain mall..valet parking guys kept car windows open and not sure it was accidental or intentional .overall its an 8 out of 10
