I can't say this place(Guro) is good for transportation and travel, but at least it's not bad to approach many famous places in Seoul. All the staff at Signiel was so kind than any other hotel, and the view from the highest building was very nice. Every place in Hotel was quite neat and clean, but it would be much better if they could have larger space. Room rate is pretty expensive when comparing with other hotels in Seoul, but it is quite worthy to experience this hotel if possible.

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels in Seoul. In addition to its extremely convenient location, the hotel staff are the nicest I have ever met when traveling to Seoul, or any other part of Korea. The staff always try their best to accommodate the guests and they really made us feel special. My wife and I are always impressed whenever we stay here.

We made our booking after looking around for a more smoker friendly hotel. Hotel28 offers a smoking area within the hotel premises at the outdoor rooftop.
