Clean room and helpful granny!”
This is one good room deal in Tak. Not expensive, but full of facilities. I got a nice clean room with cooling AC and a big refrigerator. The WiFi was great and the bathroom was good in size. The common room next to the reception offered tea and coffee. The granny at the reception was very helpful and spoke softly to me every time I asked her something. Some improvements I want to bring up are the a little bit worn out bed that I got and that it would be super if there is a kettle in the room.

The place is next to the highway and very convenient. It is next to Tak Provincial Police headquareters. Many local stalls and restaurants are within walking distance including 7 eleven....just be careful when crossing the highway. Better used overhead pedestrian crossing....especially at nights

Spacious room, very clean, basic room. Owner(s) only speak Thai, was not a problem though. Toast and coffee for breakfast, which was fine, I only needed hot water. Very affordable stay!

Cheap, clean room for the night”
Agoda gave the wrong location for the hotel (dammit Agoda, why you keep getting hotel locations wrong?), but Google maps found it for me. The night receptionist was a little old lady who spoke no English. The hotel rooms were labeled with Thai numerals, so it was impossible for me to figure out the right room without assistance from the little old lady. This oversight should be addressed for non-Thai guests. Otherwise, the room was great for a night or 2.

No one speak English here but it was not a problem. This building is mainly home for locals and some daily visitors like me. WiFi was problem but quickly solved the issue. All was functional in the room including A/C and the fridge. Pretty central place on the main road but you need transportation from the bus station. Actually bus passes in front of it if you know the location you may get off. However both Agoda and Google maps are wrong so make sure to call in advance. It is a good deal for the money paid and staff is nice

Perfect point to break road journey from Chiang Mai back towards Bangkok - great value for a lean, comfortable bed with air-conditioning and wifi. Easy to miss the small turning off the main road but only 100metres once you find it!

hard to find this hotel because there is no any sign ,guess only local will know ,reception grandma do not understand English ,her hand me a form with Thai language ,which I don't understand , I'm hand the passport ,which her can't read . the room I get are decent and clean

The room was clean and spacious. Beds in Asia tend to be on the firmer side, so if you prefer extra firm, this place will be ideal for you. The staff was friendly, be prepared that only one of them speaks a bit of English. The hotel name as well as room numbers are all in Thai, which makes is a bit harder to locate. It is a bit of a trek on foot to get to the center of town, sights, the bus station, or the night food markets. Unfortunately there were WIFI problems resulting in no WIFI for much of the time I was there. While it is not a bad place, it did not work well for me.
