Not the best location but efficient staff ”
The Hotel is away from the centre but because we had our own bikes it was no problem. For the first day we had the hotel to our selves and the staff were very friendly . when a tour booked in the staff became more formal but the al a carte breakfast became a buffet. Our room was large and comfortable but had a bit of cigaret lingering odor.

this is a fairly new hotel and we booked it even without any reviews but unfortunately it is devoid of any character as no visitors seem to be there at the same time. it would be great if it were based in the centre of town but there is nowhere around to eat other than the hotel restaurant which had absolutely zilch people there when we visited!! the other downside is they quote in dollars and give you a poor rate to the dong so overall not good value for money for meals

The hotel was clean, the staffs was very helpful just one thing to think of it was the distance to the temples and to the market could be inconvenient if you don’t have the transport but if you want, you still could use the bus which stops in front of the hotel other way everything was good

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay”
This hotel is about 3 three years old and so everything is quite new. The room is large and the breakfast was OK. The location is far from town. You will need to get a taxi into town for shopping or good food. Overall, a good hotel for an overnight stay.

A friendly hotel w”
Room facility is ok, pretty nice in comparison with money. The big plus point here is for hotel staff. They are sooooo nice and friendly, I almost overslept in the morning when they called me just to ask if I would have breakfast or not. Thay also have a corner for souvenirs which I found a real bargain. But the location isn't very convenience to get into the center of tourist attractions, I spent about VND one-way by taxi to get to the Nui Sam's famous temple.

Did the job”
This hotel was a stopping point, a place to sleep so that we could get up early to catch the boat to Phnom Penh. It was clean and it was cheap, and had air conditioning, great to escape the humidity. English spoken wasn't great, so practice your Vietnamese or have everything planned before you arrive.

OK breakfast, big room”
It was OK. The hotel locates far from the city and not close to the Chua Ba temple either. The buffet breakfast was enough to fill you for the day. The room was large but there were ants on the bed. We sprayed them. Great A/C.

It is comfortable and clean. I like the lightly smell of lemongrass inside the room. Buffet is served in the morning. The food is delicious and various to choose. Staff are also friendly. I will come back again.

Frustrating, poor staff, in the middle of nowhere!”
Unfortunately our stay at the Dong Nam was extremely disappointing. The young man at the reception desk was extremely arrogant and had very poor manner with guests. We found him quite rude and extremely unhelpful. This made our stay vey unpleasant. Due to this we decided to only stay one night. This hotel is in a very bad location. So far from the town centre. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a basic "Chinese standard" hotel. Clean, but our bed was horrible. You could feel all the springs. And the aircon was straight above our bed dripping water on top of us. The other two beds (we had a three bed room) were ok. There was no English speaking staff in the reception to explain this to. The water in the restaurant tasted like tab water and was undrinkable. The hotel is located about 3km from the town, 30-40 minute walk.

In the middle of nowhere”
Nothing fancy, bathroom in the hotel room wasnt cleaned, pee all over the toilet, very basic hotel in the middle of nowhere, but it was cheap. The only reason to stay here is for the price.

Normal hotel”
Checked in with my vietnamese girlfriend. The reception wanted us to book another room as local is not allowed to stay overnight with a foreigner. Argued with them as they did not state in their hotel policies. In the end they allowed us to stay. The room is just normal. Location is not near anything. Need a cab to get around. Don't think i will go back to this hotel again.
