“FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!”
WOW! What a find this place was! The hosts are totally amazing and good not do enough to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them - day or night. From the moment I arrived - in the middle of the night - their offer to come and pick me up, was the start of their generous hospitality and friendliness. The room was very clean and functional and was cleaned each day, re-supplied and beds made. Water, tea, coffee and fresh fruit were all readily available as were the hosts to provide valuable information on anything you needed or wanted to do, even give you a lift to local restaurants and shops. Great place, great experience, great people!

“The boss is really kind.”
The accommodation has great value for money. If you pay in cash, you can stay for 690 baht. There are Cicada Market and Tamarind Market within a 5-minute walk, which is awesome. You can also reach Hua Hin Beach within 10 minutes. Highly recommended! 👍

“5 Stars Isn’t Enough”
I can’t say enough amazing things about Hua Hin R1. From the moment I got there, I was graciously welcomed by the owners, Praew and Rob. The room has everything you need (fridge/freezer, dining table, aircon, tv, high speed wifi, private bathroom) and if you’re still missing something, they will provide it for you. I was travelling with my dog and they are more than accommodating for pets. I quickly turned from a guest into a family member. The owners took myself and other guests to the beach for a picnic and to a local market to enjoy some live music. Praew brought me fresh fruit everyday and was always there to help if I needed it. The area and hotel are very safe and as a solo female traveler I never had to worry about my security, thanks to Rob. They will also help out with Visa extensions and driving permits. I stayed for a month and didn’t want to leave. I will always recommend this hotel and I can’t wait for my next visit back to Hua Hin R1!

“Awesome location and value for money”
Clean, clean, clean, and comfortable. Khun Ploy and Robb are great hosts, and bent over backward to ensure I had what I needed for the motorcycle rode I was about to start. Easy walk to Tamarind and Cicada night markets, where you’ll find anything you’d like to eat for great prices. Would book another night with their property. I highly recommend this little hotel!
