I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Manila and even though it is located in the middle of the city and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. My partner and I were looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay and we definitely got just that. Firstly, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient as it was situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to all of the nearby malls. Despite being in the middle of the hustle and bustle, we were able to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay thanks to the hotel's excellent soundproofing. We were able to get a great night's sleep each night, which was exactly what we needed. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best I have ever had at a hotel. The variety of dishes offered was impressive and the quality of the food was exceptional. The staff were constantly replenishing the dishes and ensuring that everything was fresh and hot. I particularly enjoyed the pastry selection and the made-to-order omelettes. It was a fantastic way to start our day. Do not forget that they serve breakfast ham, unlike the other hotels. I’ll get to try their Taho next time. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were incredibly professional and always went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were always happy to assist us with any requests or questions that we had, which really made our stay feel special. The hotel property was among the best that we had a privilege of staying in. What made this experience among the best, was the staff. The friendliness, the support, the overall knowledge was the key. Of course there were probably opportunities there, but we did not notice because we felt welcomed and part of the family. It began with the cheerful personnel that helped us check in and created that first warm welcome, then extended with the professionalism of John, that helped us set up our bags in the room, and give us a great overview of the facilities and make sure that we were comfortable in our room. The workout facility was among the best that we have seen, complete with a boxing portion that my wife fell in love with, and never left every time we went to work out. Romar was fantastic, gave us a tour, and was always available if we needed anything.The food and beverage piece was among the best. The staff at the Pantry Cafe were impeccable, so sad to have to say goodbye to Eman, John (taho guy), and Edito after eight days. We had reached the point where they knew everything that we ever requested, and our visits were flawless and quite an event to look forward to each time. Food was expertly prepared, and flavorful. The housekeeping crew were very attentive, and available for any needs that came about, and our rooms were crisp, clean and well-stocked. and we definitely will be back to visit.

This was my second time staying at Dusit Thani Manila and this time was much better than the last. My room was more comfortable. The bed was a little harder than I like but still comfortable enough to sleep. Nice big shower, hot water and strong pressure. The blackout curtains worked well but there was a light underneath the sink in the bathroom that seeped out into the room. It was very annoying because it couldn't be turned off. Air conditioning was excellent. Very cool and kept the room at a great temp. Excellent selection of channels with lots of classic and current movies. The two highlights of this trip were the water station and the price of breakfast. Instead of water bottles in the room, they have a station on each floor with sterilized glass jugs you can go get and fill up with filtered water. I appreciated it this so much because I like to drink a lot of water but also now there are no plastic bottles being wasted. The last time I was there I didn't get breakfast because the price of the breakfast buffet was frankly ridiculous. They wanted over 3000 pesos the last time I booked there so I didn't get it. This time I hadn't booked it either but upon arrival they offered it for 1000 pesos but had to tell them upon checkin. This was a much more reasonable price imo. I would definitely stay here again as it's convenient and close to shopping.
