This villa is so good, especially the staff, which makes me have to give the best reviews ever. At first, we booked here 1 night only. Villa is above my expectation of service and facility, we booked directly with villa and extended 4 nights. We have worked in tourism industry for many years. This villa has one of the best service ever. The staff is wonderful. Thomas is extremely helpful, funny and takes very good care of us. He shares with us many local landmarks: where to go (must-checkin places), where to eat (delicious but affordable), what to do (bicycle around, latern making class, cooking class, coconut river tour,...). This contributes remarkably to our trip. We enjoy Hoi AN so much with his recommendations. Villa itself is centrally located. Just few walks to the walking street (Old town). Ease to access any place in Hoi An. Nice view from my spacious room balcony. It's very clean. Honestly, cleanness is 5-star. Modern furniture. Pretty comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Actually, i was not looking forward this hotel. I mean that this hotel have good rating so i just choose this hotel. And after i stay in the hotel for 1 night i can know that why guests give good score to that place Here is so silence and near by beach, river and room is clean. Last, staff is so so so much kind! Ideal spot to stay in Hoi An”
Just outside of the touristic craziness, this is a great location down a quiet alley. It is a small, modern guesthouse with a lovely swimming pool. The room was spacious, the water pressure good, and the bed was comfortable. Lana and her family were friendly and accommodating, and can help with laundry and transfers. This is pretty close to living-like-a-hoi-an-local.

My sister and I stayed one night so we could see the old town The location was great just off the main area with a 5 min walk down the lane and straight into the main town The room was clean air con worked fine It had a nice pool to splash around in after walking around in the heat The staff where just lovely and very friendly with lots of information But they did tell us that the place was going to be taken over by new owners in the next month and they where going to work at the new villa that the owner of flamingo villa was running So I don’t know and they had no idea what was to become of the villa in the future

We stayed here for two nights and lived everything about it: A small hotel with bright clean rooms, comfy beds. A pool onsite for cooling off. A choice of delicious breakfasts and juices. A very friendly and helpful hotel manager. Location was close to the old quarter, maybe 5 minutes walk. We can definitely recommend!

We just got back from a really nice 4-day stay in Hoi An. Our stay at Flamingo Villa really mad our stay in Hoi An perfect. The staff, Peanut and her team, were amazing, and made everything easy and super convenient for us, i.e. arranged for bicycles, gave great advice for day trips, arranged taxi to Marble Mountain and Da Nang, and made great breakfast for us. Such a cozy and friendly place, that I would very much recommend to friends and other travelers.

We stayed here for 7 days and everything is EXTRAordinary! The place is very clean, spacious, new, very quiet and vibrant. Only a walking distance from Hoi An Ancient Town, Japanese bridge, Central Market and Night Market! Also, you have a number of choices of FOOD to pre-select while juice or coffee including 4 kinds of sliced fruits are served daily. I already recommended Flamingo to friends. You must stay in this hotel!

Home away from home.”
Simple and comfortable hotel. Very well taken care of by An who is there all the time to answer any questions you may have or to arrange for local tours. Once you get over the fact that access to the hotel is through a narrow laneway, you will appreciate that the location is actually great because it's far away from the noise of the Ancient Hoi An Town but near enough to walk there (about 10 minutes of slow and leisurely pace). Breakfast is adequate for the price you pay and thete is even a clean swimming pool. You get to enjoy living amongst the locals and that is a plus factor for this us. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Great location near the ancient old town and surrounded by lots of local food and night activities. Great host and always greeted by the friendly little ambassador - pumpkin. The room is spacious and clean. The best is the home cooked breakfast with some local delights. It’s was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to other travelers who are looking for tranquility away from the busy street
