Beautiful resort on the beach in Koh Chang”
This resort is truly beautiful. Located directly on the beach in Koh Chang. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed in Beach Bunglaow 3 for 4 nights. Steps to the ocean. The breakfast was really great. Eggs, pancakes, fruits--a good selection for western travelers, and they still had Asian selections. The restaurant served good food, and the bar drinks were very good and well priced. The resort is close to the waterfall and the elephant sanctuary. I hated to leave because it is so beautiful

Very nice hotel - we loved our beachfront bungalow”
We liked everything about this place; the beachfront bungalow with its en-suite bathroom, very spacious, clean and well equipped (with great WiFi) , just a few steps to the sea; the restaurant on the beach serving delicious food and excellent breakfast in the morning; the facility with a pleasant swimming pool just in case one gets tired of the beach :-). Thai massage is available on site offering a perfect way to enhance an already great day. The staff is very nice, in particular at the restaurant; maybe a little bit less so at the main counter but this was a small negative in an otherwise perfect stay. We had a fabulous time and found the resort to deliver excellent service / excellent value. There is no doubt that we will consider this resort again when we are back in Koh Chang. What a treat!

An amazing resort for a quiet vacation”
The resort has a beautiful private beach with lots of shade if you wanna get out of the sun. It takes like 40 seconds to walk from the farthest bungalow to the beach. The restaurant is ok, nothing special but not bad either. The restautant staff could be a bit friendlier and more polite. Our bungalow was great. The housekeeping kept it tidy every day. Bathing towels, beach towels and handtowels were replaced every day along with all the toiletries. There are plenty of restaurants near the resort (Indian, Thai, Italian, etc). If you want to party you'll have to go a bit further south, although our resort had a DJ play music at the beach twice while we were there. Will definitely go back!

We have been coming here for years and love it as it lets us bring our dogs. The staff have always been nice to us. My only complaint is I wish there was pressure in the water in our bathroom. We have stayed in the deluxe garden bungalows. Not sure what it is like in the villas or on the other side. This is really my only complaint. We love this place.

Unbelievably beautiful, and at the price a huge value for your money. Definitely get a beachfront villa, you will thank yourself. On a quieter stretch of beach, but staff was very helpful organizing taxis for us to go out in the more lively parts of the island like Lonely Beach. Would come back and recommend for sure.

Perfect beach, very nice villa”
This is a gem, very nice beach, I stays in a small villa not close to the beach but my friend stayed in a villa with pool. Perfect villas with pool just at the beach line and the pool is deep. The villas are very very nice. Easy to park, fast check in, small mini shop in the Resort, a common pool that looked nice, I did not try it. This is a very good resort, possible improvement can be TV channels, Internet and breakfast. No bacon and not so much to choose from. The staff was very nice in general but an extra plus: I forgot the keys to my home in the room that i notice when I got home, they sent the keys by post to my home address. I recommend this resort.

Excellent location and value”
The location is in the middle of a gorgeous, long beach, and easy to reach other restaurants if you wish. The staff were helpful and polite, and a bit shy. Rooms are clean, the beds and furniture a bit outdated but the value is high for the price. The breakfast was good, huge a la carte Thai and western menu for lunch and dinner. Pool is modern, in a beautiful setting among trees, orchids, and the sea in front.

Loved flora i talay. Breathtaking views over the sea. Receptionists could be friendlier, no smiles or greeting on arrival. All other staff waiting staff, cleaners etc. Helpful and smiley especially Waau. room was lovely bed so comfortable. Food was amazing. Good choice of drinks and food. Clean towels every day. Remember to put the sign outside the door if you want the room cleaned, they will leave water, towels and loo roll outside regardless of whether the room is cleaned. All in all very good. Would definitely return.

All was good for me except the breakfast. It could have been better by including different blends of tea. Bacon would be good. The ingredients for the omelettes were very meagre to say the least. The pancakes were cold and the syrup was a cheap imitation of maple syrup. Apart from that I have no complaints
