Excellent hotel with strategic location”
This hotel just across Robinson Mall. Very convenient and location is strategic. Only 10 minutes drive to the Thai Immigration & the Friendship Bridge. The guy on morning shift reception was very helpful and he speak good English. Room is spacious enough for us. With little balcony. Bed and pillow are soft and comfortable. Breakfast is not much but filling. Bread, croissants, egg and ham. The only thing I dont like is the sink inside the bathroom. The sink is too low even for me. I am only 5 feet tall and the sink is below my stomach. I have to bend to wash my face or brush my teeth.

Location is excellent”
The morning shift reception were very helpful & speak good English. Breakfast not much of choice but most important is filling. Hotel is clean & bright. Con, the night shift reception,a young lady wearing glasses are not helpful at all. She always play with her phone or chit chatting with some girls coming over to the hotel. I asked her some question to get some infos about the city. I get same answer all the time. I dont know. No effort at all. Nothing.

A nice budget hotel at a good location”
Situated Infront of Mae Sot Robinson and very close to Makro. Theere are also several restaurants nearby to chill at night. The room size is not that wide. The bathroom is a bit narrow. The breakfast is coffee, tea, bread, sausage and boil egg. The rooms are clean and acceptable for a budget hotel at this price range around 20$ per night.

Good location for travel. Unfortunatedly, the light suddenly went out when I stayed at hotel 2 time. 1st time was only 10 min. 2nd time was one hour in the morning, that wake me up early. Moreover, a bath mat quite dirty

It's beautiful hotel, next to Robinson Dept,, Staff are nice and I am glad. Parking is hugh and perfect for all the cars. Breakfast is superb and very helpful for businsess couple. However room is not big as I expected. My bad is broke or making noise everytime you move..

Great for a night stay but not for long-term”
I stayed here for 3 nights. I chose this hotel due to its convenient location closed to Robinson. But the guests on the floor i am staying are very noisy. The walls are not sound proof at all. It is good for one night stay but I suggest to choose other hotels if you are staying longer. The front desk staff, the female staff is not friendly at all. But the hotel manager is helpful.

Worth the Dollars”
Hotel is pretty new, room is a bit small, but has a small balcony (air con ledge), idea for smokers like me. Robinson mall is directly opposite, with restaurants, supermarket, shops and a food place. Around the hotel, there's nothing much. A few Street food stalls open in the evening. Will stay here again if I revisit Mae Sot.
