Very nice staff and accommodation ”

Satisfied staying at Garden Cliff Resort and Spa. Staffs are very caring, nice breakfast and swimming pool was nice too. We saw many Korean and Chinese tourist arriving late at night leaving early in the morning. Breakfast will be very busy around 6:30 - 8am but we were there around 9:30 everyday so could enjoy relaxing breakfast. About 10 min to central Pattaya by car, there is convinience store in few minuets walking distance.

This trip to Pattaya was definitely special for so many reasons and staying at "Garden Cliff" made it that much more memorable. When I was planning this trip with my brother, I wanted us to stay by the water and really experience how beautiful Pattaya is. When I did my research on Agoda, I came across this establishment and I'm so glad I made the right choice. The people were so warm and friendly. The view of the ocean was amazing and amenities were great. Although the resort wasn't in walking distance to many attractions, the staff made sure that were provided with taxi service throughout the trip. I am definitely looking forward to coming back to "Garden Cliff" and I highly recommend visiting.

Four relaxing days at the Garden Cliff”

Our staying at the Garden Cliff was simply based on an Internet search and price. Both of us were very surprised at the quality of the hotel and the services provided. We would both highly recommend this hotel as a destination for anyone not wanting to be located in the central part of Pattaya where the scene is interesting to say the least. The location of the hotel at the northern end of Wongamat beach provided seclusion and a very enjoyable experience that we would highly recommend to any couple wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The restaurants located within the hotel served excellent Thai food and the service was impressive. We would certainly consider this hotel as a destination point for any future trips to Pattaya, Thailand.

The Garden Cliff Resort and Spa is a great get away from all the tourist scene from the usual pattaya and bangkok. you can literally stay in the hotel for your whole vacation and still get a sense of Thailand from their nicely decorated lobby and delicious food.

The Garden Cliff Resort is a few blocks away from the crazy night life that is Pattaya you can relax here day or night and feel like you are in a secluded beach resort while just a few blocks to great night life resturants and shopping they have a shuttle van that goes into town at no charge atn schdl. hours.. i have enjoyed this property before and will most likely stay here again..

Lovely Hotel”

The hotel entrance makes you feel as though you are visiting a secluded resort although you are just minutes away from the Pattaya attractions. The hotel is nicely appointed with Traditional Thai architecture and landscaping. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. The pool area is gorgeous and there is a striking view of an old temple from the beach. The main pool is an infinity pool with swim-up bar and it gives the sense that one can swim right off into the ocean. The hotel has so many great amenities and you hardly have to leave the grounds. There is a full spa, shop, restaurants, bars and even a tailor on site. The Garden Cliff is truly a lovely hotel.

However, it is very stylish, beautifully decorated rooms with huge beds and good quality linen. The hotel has lovely views from reception and the bar area down to the sea, which I personally like very much. They have created a little private beach, with soft white sand, and an inflatable boon to keep the swimming area of the sea clean. They have a very nice seafood buffet by the beach at a reasonable rate. At the rate I pay, I find the hotel a true 4 star and great value for money, and I now stay there on a regular basis, but I have transport. There is a shuttle bus to town and taxi’s close by, about 15 minutes to beach road.

Great value for the money and friendly staff”

As the title says, one of the best value for money hotels I've stayed at in Pattaya. Great views from the cliff overlooking the beach and small but clean and nice rooms that are well designed. Also, fantastic food with good prices; both Thai and Western. The only negative thing I can think of is that you can't easily walk into town from here but if you have a car you'll be fine. The pool was also a little small for the size of the hotel but the fantastic view more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a deal who doesn't mind being far from town.

“Good Value & away from the main bit of Pattaya””

We stayed here for a few nights when delayed by the volcanic ash - I was not in Pattaya by choice but we figured we may as well make the most of being stuck. The Garden Cliff did excellently for the price.The rooms only had king beds (ie no twins for the kids, but the bed was huge so not a problem) and the superior rooms cannot interconnect. The room was very well furnished, spacious and nicely decorated with a small balcony. It was far enough out of Pattaya that you could be anywhere, but easy to get in if you wanted and there is a hotel shuttle bus that goes for free at pre set times. The pool was lovely and this was our main requirement with 2 kids age 6 & 8: a paddling pool, large circular infinity pool that is about 1.4m deep and links to a long narrow channel of shallow water - ideal for messing around but right by what I guess are the "pool access" rooms (be aware if you want a pool access room!) Down the steps towards the beach is a smaller shallow pool and a jacuzzi type pool. There is access to the beach but I have to say it is nothing to speak of. The buffet breakfast was extensive and varied, the menu for the Cliff restaurant/also served by the pool was international and OK, didn't use the Thai restaurant there. On arrival you seem to be rather isolated, but walk out of the hotel back to the road and turn left, about a 10 min walk you come to a lot of restaurants, 7-11 etc etc. The staff were OK, not as enthusiastic or obliging as I'd expect for a hotel of this standard but similarly I have no complaints about them. If I had to return to Pattaya (I have been to many much nicer places in Thailand but it is a matter of choice isn't it) then I would consider the Garden Cliff again and likewise would recommend to someone going to Pattaya who wanted to be away from the action. * Stayed April 2010, traveled with family

the garden cliff resort has it all...pools,bars , restuarants and beaches away from the hussle and bustle.my wife and i hired a motorbike for the 2 nights we stayed here ,which made getting around town a breeze (only $5 a day).i liked this resort and willl return well done

We had an amazing stay at the Garden Cliff. We would definitely return. It was a great value for the money. The location was great....the property was clean, staff professional and friendly, the food was good.....you were close enough to all the action if you wanted it, but the seclusion of the resort was appealing to us. We enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast...

Hotel where you enjoy comfort and seaside scene. ”

I appreciate the combination of comfortable room and quality services--pretty well balanced. A great contrast from the middle and south of Pattaya that are mostly characterized by lights and nightlife-- the part I very much dislike-- the location of Garden Cliff makes me feel that there is something enjoyable left in Pattaya.

Great hotel and good service ”

Had a 3day stay in Pattaya and two nights at Garden Cliff, which ended up being very comfortable. Service of staff were good, location was also good where it was in a quiet area though only approx 1in drive to busier area. Scenery could have been better, although this was spoiled by the construction site besides the hotel, which bad noisy work sounds from early morning.

Very nice seaside hotel”

We've stayed at Garden Cliff before and liked it. For that reason we chose to stay there again. The staff are just as nice as they were before and the breakfast just as good but the hotel has allowed maintenance to slip. It's a gorgeous facility but it is starting to look a little shabby. A lot of the furniture and painted/finished surfaces are scratched and scarred and in serious need of repainting or refinishing. Some of the wall paper in our room was coming loose. Water leaked from the shower stall onto the floor. And, most annoying of all, the hot water temperature fluctuated continually making it impossible to achieve a comfortable water temperature in the shower.

This has been my second time to stay at the Garden Cliff Hotel and Spa.Let me please tell you about the staff,they were delightful,very friendly and proffesional and accomadated me with every request that I had.My finace and I booked a massage one day,and it was a wonderfull experience.You need to treat yourself to a massage at this hotel,on a scale of 1-to 10 it was a 10,also I had emailed the manager about transportation from Bangkok Airport a week before my arrival,the taxi driver waqs there when I arrived.

Garden Cliff resort&spa is the best place for vacation, beautiful pool and cleanliness room. Just 5 min. walk to the sea. It not far from central beach. A price is worthwhile.

Wonderful for relax resort ”

We stay Garden Cliff for two night and feel this resort is wonderful for vacation there. Just the location is little far away if go to Pattaya City and have shuttle bus to city is free. End up this is a very good resort and both of the staff is really polite and answer my query is very clear.

Tranquillity at is best...”

Garden Cliff Resort & Spa is the exact definition of relaxation...From the ambiance and facilities particularly the infinity pool are great!Also the staff are very accomodating and pleasant. I even got roses and a cake!:)
