The Garden Sea View Resort is a beautiful little hotel right on the water. The wait staff were great, the restaurant buffet in the morning was really fairly priced and the food was very good. The swimming pool area is huge with a large area for kids. The beach is easily accessible and blocked off from the boat traffic or etc. My gf made a video. Look up Wan way, Garden sea review on youtube and you will see things up close.

I always love to travel and this is the first time we tried this hotel. I fell in love qith the place and its settings. Although its kind of old with old style TVs it is still a cozy place, the rooms are large and with a bath tub! What's great about it is you have a choice between pool and the sea. There are a lot of places to take beautiful pictures for memories. Me and my family and friends had a great time. The food is great too! We will surely come back!

Gorgeous, huge property, right on beach”
This resort property is huge, right on the beach, a stone's throw from the Sanctuary of Truth which is quite a backdrop. The pool is beautiful, big, and has 2 levels, a waterfall, and in a garden setting. Absolutely loved it here. The rooms are fine, a bit dated, but clean. The staff were polite and helpful. You can eat at the beachfront tables, just order your food at the restaurant. Breakfast was tasty. Dinner was good and not outrageously priced for a resort. Great stay here.

Very nice hotel, it has a private beach and a pool. The sea view room was not what I expected but nevertheless I enjoyed our stay. It was very near the sanctuary of Truth which we also visited. But you can view the exterior from the hotel. Complete with toiletries and our room was clean.

The location is so good, providing privacy and adequate facilities, also convenient to go 7-11. The room isn’t that bad, just look old but still work. You must love evening vibe here, especially at the garden very fantastic.

THIS HOTEL TICKS NEARLY ALL THE BOXES”
I’ll start off by saying that this hotel is well away from the busy areas of Pattaya. That suits me fine as l have my own transport and have seen that side of Pattaya before. If you intend staying here (which l recommend you do if you are looking for a relaxing holiday) then the hiring of a scooter is a worthwhile option . I have (2) recommendations for the management of this hotel. Firstly reduce the price of the food somewhat in the pool/beach area (you are not permitted to take your own food into these areas) or alternatively have a happy hour for food/drinks. Secondly make it clear to clientele that the hotel property is to be shared by all and not reserved for the entire day when guests leave and return some hours later. (I am talking specifically about sun lounges Etc. here.) Pros # The beach/swimming pool # Buffet breakfast # Shower/water pressure # Bed # Room in general # Staff, if you cannot speak Thai you might feel staff are sometimes abrupt but from my personal experience this is only as a result of a communication barrier Cons # As mentioned above the food at the beach/pool is somewhat expensive in comparison to food away from the hotel. # Guests being allowed to smoke in the areas where food is being consumed. Admittedly the area in question is on the balcony (buffet breakfast) but for non smokers breathing cigarette smoke whilst eating your breakfast is very off putting. # Distance from the hustle/bustle The above are my personal observations and opinion only.

The hotel has large swiming pools. Seperate clearly for kid and adult. 80 cm deap ideal for young kids. Private beach infront of the pools, very quiet and safe at night.
