We were thrilled when we checked in to find a very large room with a separate sitting bench, vanity, and lots of great storage. Bright open space with lots of windows and a separate small balcony for smoking - was very refreshing. The staff was always super helpful and kind too. My one note to future travelers *bring EARPLUGS!!!* The music starts around 8pm, doesn’t stop until close to midnight on the weekends. I can’t minimize... the music is very loud. However, we had no trouble sleeping at all when we used earplugs. We would 100% stay again and the music wasn’t a deterrent, just something to be prepared for. Also eat the gelato!!

They serve very nice ice-cream here. The place is very well decorated, very clean and organized. The staff here are very friendly and caring :) location is accessible to many stores eg. tour trips, bar, 7-11, massage, Thai restaurants, swimming accessories, souvenir shops and near to the beach too! first the location is not right on the map second it's so close to a night club that plays soooo laud music. But if you like that the room is pretty nice besides that the bathroom smells funky. it's a cute place but the location is totally missmapt.

Muy buena ubicación en pleno walking street y cerca de la playa. Muy amables. Habitación hermosa y cómoda, baño enorme. Podrían tener desayuno pero de todos modos tenés para hacerte café y te dejan agua todos los días. Estuvimos la primer noche en koh Lipe y luego de estar 3 noches en otro hotel regresamos 2 noches mas a este hotel. Si no te molesta la música a la noche es super recomendable!

Le pire accueil qui puisse exister”
Nous avons fais 3 heures de ferry depuis koh lanta. Arrivé à l'hôtel a 13h00, heure de disponibilité de la chambre indiqué sur le site. A l'arrivé personne pour nous aider à porter toutes nos valises, aucun bonjour. Extrement mal aimable. Nous derangions plus qu'autre chose. Après de grande difficulté à se faire comprendre, la dame nous indique que la chambre n'est pas prete mais qu'elle le sera dans 30 minutes, or nous avons attendu plus de 1h00. Pendant ce temps, la dame nous propose de l'eau du robinet et en profite pour nous vendre ses glaces... Très osés... Deux etages à monter toujours aucune aide hors mis me demander de régler la chambre sur une marche d'escalier: javais jamais vue ca ! j'etais obligé de lui dire que nous ne pouvions pas regler avec les bras pris dans les valises, mais malheureusement cela ne devait pas etre assez evident... . Après avoir poser mes valises je retourne à l'accueil, une employée me recoit au bout de 5 minutes, trop occupée à pianoter sur son portable, sans oublier le soupir qui accompagné sa joie de me répondre. Les suprises ne se sont pas arreté là, la chambre etait en mauvaise etat: le pommeau de douche casser, enfin raffistoler avec des noeux de plastique, les toilettes pleins taches, la douche sale, les blates et lezards. Et surtout le plus incroyable reste le distributeur à gel douche et celui a shampoing, ils etaient certe plein, mais plein d'eau. Ils avaient melanger l'eau avec un peu de savon du coup en pressant dessus nous avions plus d'eau qu'autre chose. Encore une fois cela montre la belle image et la politique de ce fabuleux hotel. Nous nous attendions a un petit plus d'élégance vis a vis de ses clients surtout pour une nuit qui je le rappel est à 70€. Nous avons dût fermer les rideaux, la seule vue que nous avions été sur un tas de poubelle. Accueil moyen pour la Thailande. Matériel et décoration vétuste. Extrêmementt chaud dans la chambre et la climatisation fonctionne mais se dérègle régulièrement pendant la nuit. Emplacement au centre du lieu touristique : idéal pour faire la fête mais pas pour profiter de la nature de l'île.

在步行街上，离芭提雅沙滩很近”
平台上地图标示是错误的，在步行街上离海滩倒是很近，属于民宿，只有2个房间，一楼是店铺。房间漂亮，大，洗手间也大，有热水。缺点：后面有个夜店音响非常大声吵，要到夜里1点结束，周六到2点，非常奔溃。再有就是空调的位置不行，正对着头吹，最小风速依然大，转百叶也一样，很不适应，那几天只能找东西挡在空调前，怕吹感冒。分是给楼下店员的，她们都非常nice

Расположен почти в начале Walking Street, около метров 100 от Pattaya Beach. До Sunrise Beach около 800 метров. Внизу магазин с вкусным мороженным, на этажах комнаты. Стойки регистрации нет. Чисто. Почти домашняя атмосфера прибывания. Мама качает маленького ребенка в люльке на первом этаже или учит уроки со старшем сыном. Вам дадут два ключа. Первый от комнаты, второй от отдельного входа на этажи, если вы придете позднее 11 часов ночи. Комната большая и светлая. Теперь о минусах. Сантехнику давно пора заменить! Душ едва течет! Кондиционер еле справляется с поставленной задачей! До поздней ночи вы будете слушать соседний ночной клуб, а утром вас разбудят звуки соседней стройки! Впрочем хороший стаканчик виски всегда позволял мне решить проблему с шумом !

Отель расположен в начале Walking Street со стороны Pattaya Beach. На первом этаже находится магазин, а выше сдаются комнаты. Стойки регистрации, как таковой нет. Чисто. Персонал дружественный. На первом этаже мама качает маленького ребенка в люльке или учит со старшем сыном уроки. Это создает некоторую домашнюю атмосферу прибывания в отеле. Есть отдельный вход в комнаты для тех кто явится на ночлег после 11 ночи, поэтому вам дадут два ключа. Один от двери комнаты, другой от наружной двери. Уборка раз в 4 дня или по требованию. Рядом ночной клуб. Поэтому с вечера и до глубокой ночи будет шумно. Также рядом строится большой отель. Это тоже не в плюс. В большой минус качество душа! Вообще всю сантехнику пора давно заменить! Кондиционер едва справляется со своей задачей.

Na ko lipę nie łatwo znaleźć dobry nocleg za fajnie pieniądze. Po pierwsze nie sugeruj cie się lokalizację obiektu na mapie Agoda. Budynek jest zupełnie w innym miejscu,znajduje się na Walking street. Jest to cukiernio-lodziarnia i na górze kilka pokoi do wynajęcia. Żałuję że nie można dołączyć zdjęć bo pokazałbym w jakim stanie są pokoje. Za łóżkiem pajęczyny jak w ciemnej piwnicy, muszla klozetowa nigdy nie widziała Domestosa,grzyb i kamień pod prysznicem, a szyba prysznicowa nigdy nie zaznała dotyku gąbki że środkiem czyszczącym. Zamawiałem pokój ze śniadaniem w cenie po czym pani na miejscu stwierdziła że oni nie serwują śniadań. Pokazałem rezerwację Agody gdzie jak byk napisane że śniadania są w cenie po czym pani dalej twierdzi że to błąd ze strony Agody. Miejsce bardzo głośne do późnych godzin nocnych 2:00 bębni muzyka w barze obok. Nie ma czegoś takiego jak pokój z widokiem na ogród obok widok na dach z eternitu a z tyłu na plac budowy gdzie powstaje kolejny Resort. Początek lutego 2019 cena 170 zł za noc. Na zdjęciach Wszystko wygląda pięknie ale w rzeczywistości jest straszny syf.
