Pros: Location : Next to highway Cleanliness : Very good Looks : Very posh Amenities : Water bottles, Hair dryer, Shampoo , Conditioner , Hand wash, Soaps Cons: Space : Queen bed provided and there is hardly space for extra bed. Paid extra for the space to accommodate extra bed and paid for extra bed too. Room : Very small. Mosquitoes in room. Provided "Good Night" when complained Bathroom : 1) Need to flush 4 to 5 times and it is worst experience in a hotel room. Between each flush need to wait for 5 minutes for it to work again. 2) No exhaust. May be it works when flushes. But didn't get the sound of it 3) Water was leaking from sink 4) Water clogging in shower area I booked through Agoda but after reaching they told room is not confirmed. After showing all the proofs they provided. Booked Twin room, but it is too small. Confirmed that it is in fact Twin room. I expected much from the brand but disappointed. Stayed for 2 days. Used room only to sleep in. Didn't opt for breakfast and hence cannot comment on it. I would be hesitant to book again. Might try if no other option.
Washrooms have to be better and they should give access to exhaust fan which was not given. So the washrooms gets smelly because they have a particular scheduled timing of switching on the exhaust fan
I stayed at Ginger Wakad for 3 days. Here are my observations: 1- Staff is very cooperative & understanding. 2- Timely cleaning & room service was fantastic 3-Total value for money 4- Great location However, these are some noticeable issues. 1- Mosquitos in the room & around the facility. 2 - Male & Female washroom sign is missing in the restaurant. 3 - Persistent wi-fi issues. New access points must be installed. 4- Aged interior, sitting in reception area require sofa replacement. Improvement & modernization efforts are required to justify the cost.

“Awesome Experience”
I stayed here in hotel ginger wakad for two days and it was a nice experience. Check in process was completed within 2-3 minutes as i had already booked room through Agoda. Size of room was decent and toilet was clean. Staff was very polite. Free Breakfast was was tasty and ambience of hotel was good. Furniture inside rooms could be better as they were quite old. Room price should be little bit less, but overall hotel was good.
