Had the superior single room. It was clean but no windows, amenities are pretty decent. Great location between 2 major train company lines (JR Akihabara and Tokyo Metro Ginza Line) Pantry has free drinks from tea, coffee to pocari sweat and hot chocolate Staff was helpful, i asked for a used enpty box to pack all my shopping stuff and they happily obliged My only turn off is the shower is a shared space with the public bath with everyone. I get that public bath is a japanese culture but it can be uncomfortable for some of us. In short it was great stay, great location, would i go back? Sure, need to get used to the public bath

Excellent Capsule Hotel”
Very clean capsule hotel. Nice lobby area with all of the items you will need (complimentary shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash, combs/brush, toothbrush w toothpaste, razor, ear plugs, ear phones, nose strips to help prevent snoring, etc). They even have charging cords you can borrow. Pajamas are also available to rent for 200 yen. Nice lounge area with free magazines, tea, coffee water, etc. each sleeping floor also has a washroom with several toilets and sinks. Women and men have completely separate bath house / shower area, laundry, lounge, etc. in addition to sleeping areas. Note: the privacy level in the shower area/bathhouse is next to none. Showers have no curtains, etc…everything is open. This is common to all bath houses in regular hotels or stand alone bath houses as well. However, with capsule hotels this seems to be the only option (whereas hotels will also have your own privacy shower as well). It felt awkward at first but was fine after a few minutes. However, not sure how I would feel if it was during a menstrual period. The one issue to consider (with ALL capsule hotels) is that you cannot set an alarm as it will wake everyone up. I was able to use the vibrating setting on my phone and it woke me up however, if you are a sound sleeper you may have issues…I wouldn’t buy tickets to anything early in the morning in case you don’t wake up in time. That being said, as far as capsule hotels go, this one is fantastic! The lockers allow you to lock up your backpacks/bags while you go enjoy Akihabara or while you shower without worry. Great experience!

Great For Those Going Solo”
This was a great experience! I came here to Japan for a quick 2 night trip from Seoul (21 y.o. M). I stayed in the solo/basic capsule. This capsule hotel is a great option for those who want to be right in the heart of Tokyo while also saving a great amount of money. Everything was exceptional in the sense that you get what you pay for, and might I say "plus more" in other areas. The facilities are very modern, the men's and women's floors are separated as well as the bathrooms/showers to which the wristband is needed to access. However, unfortunately nothing can be all rainbows and sunshine. The major downsides that I found during my stay was that there was only 1 elevator for the whole hotel, meaning that sometimes you would have to wait around ~5 minutes to get where you wanna go since everyone is using the same elevator. (i.e. from your capsule to the showers or to the lobby) The other downside is that the pillows are uncomfortable for those that like soft and squishy pillows (like I do). They are the type of stiff/easy-to-clean bead filled pillows. I ended up using my blanket as a pillow. I would recommend bringing a travel pillow. The other warning is that the baths are communal, meaning that there are only dividers and no curtains between showers and it is in the same room as the bath, all Japanese style. To some this may cause no issues, to others it may be a bit uncomfortable to bathe in a shared space. Just a fair warning. Other than that, it was definitely worth the money! Would I come again? Comfort Capsule great for longer stay”
I chose a comfort capsule for a multi-night stay, so my locker was in my little room and I had a small desk with chair. It was enough space for basic stretching and changing in privacy. Toilets are on same floor and sinks for morning use. Lounge, shower, hot bath, and dressing room are on a separate floor. Most amenities are included but hotel clothes are for a small fee. Included breakfast is very basic, only one slice thick toast, boiled egg or yogurt, and coffee or tea. Location is a short walk from a train station with multiple lines. I was comfortable here and plan to return.

Great and comfortable capsule hotel experience. The bed and pillow are very comfy to have a good sleep. The hotel facilities are nice and staffs are very approachable. I would love to stay here again. Free drinks on each genders' lobby. The locker fits a medium luggage and a lot more storage up. Cons: -only 1 elevator on the 10floor building -the sink on sleeping area floors are opened only from 8am to 12. Its a good thing to prevent noises during at night. though it would be a perfect if only these wash area is situated with the cubicles. -strict on check in time
