This hotel needs to learn about the hospitality industry. They are focused more in making the money rather than giving the service.. From the time I stepped in the hotel, they gave me a room completely different to what I saw in pictures while booking and they asked me to upgrade by paying additional.. After fighting they did that for free.. The ac was always leaking.....
The hotel in general is great, service and room is clean and modern decorated. the taxi services to airport is over priced. a pay airport taxi cost us 1500 Rs the hotel charge 3500 rs. breakfast buffet is great with many options, lunch buffet is very Indian so HOT. Cleaning products are a bit to strong, no recommended if you have allergies.Location is good but beside...
Internet was terrible and staff was unsupportive of trying to fix it. If you relie on Internet, don't stay here. Nothing was discounted from room rate for the horrible inconvenience.
I stayed there for two days, took 2 rooms. The hotel is really nice with all amenities. The restaurant was great, special thanks Mr. Pintu from the restaurant, who is indeed a reason of great customer support. Keep doing the great work. I want to thank TGI team for the wonderful customer service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all.
Great location one block off Bannerghatta Rd. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast was included in the rate but it was not of a buffet fashion; they served a local dish to you and the serving was plentiful. Great value overall.
It was a miserable experience. We booked two rooms for 25-26 and one room until 29th May. Travelling all way from Mumbai,my sister was not allotted a room although we paid full amount online. We had to live in one upgraded room. Next day they shifted us again to one small congested room. In two days we were shifted thrice and we got so disappointed we packed off our l...

The check-in was a bit of a hassle as we had multiple rooms booked but the staff could not retrieve all the rooms and had to show the printout. Then they sorted it out as the same rooms were assigned for somebody. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is perfect with a park and a calm neighborhood.

This is a wonderful place if you can overlook some of the minor glitches and are keen to having a good time. The place was shut for a while and is Now gearing up apparently..., Clean, Open spaces, simple and good food made our family break a wonderful experience. even with minimal staff, they catered to all our needs and obliged . Hope this bounces back to the hey days...
