great i have a sound sleep but they have to improve their water heater room is clean staff are courteous especially the manager he even help me about the best route to my destinations something is missing they do not have restaurant or coffee shop anyways what is important i have great sound sleep

Flexible check-in time”

I like that you can check-in anytime and that you have the option to stay for 12 or 24 hours. Good for travelers who needs a place to stay in between trips.

Good for solo traveller”

Cold room, perfect location. Small for more than 2 persons, bathroom is small, elevator is slow and small, needs improvement in customer service, changing/providing beddings, towels, tissues etc, cleaning of rooms and should offer breakfast per person, not per room. I suggest you offer transport for travellers.

First time I was asked for a printout of our confirmation despite me showing the confirmation email on my phone. Isn't it the point of digital technology. We didn't have a printout since we made the reservation while on the road. The front desk insisted it was their requirement. So I asked that she just print it on her computer. Signal was bad and connecting to their wifi was taking a very long time so i asked that to just open my yahoomail on her computer. But she said that her computer only opens gmail. It took a while before she finally agreed because it seems that mobile signal couldn't get in and the wifi was hard to connect to. Just checking in took us about 40 min. The girl on duty (Apr 12) that night was probably having a really bad day. Not even a single smile. The bell boy was very helpful though. They were nice enough to transfer us to another room since the flush in ours was malfunctioning. The man on the front desk the next day was quite nice and friendly.

Room was clean, stayed two nights but for some reason was abit restless. Our room was at the back, wc was facing the kitchen of a neighbor household. So everytime they cook, you can smell what they were cooking. Although there was heated water, it wasn't treated i think...smells of rusted pipe. Wifi has limited range, you had to go to the lounge to get any signal. Overall so so, ok for two days stay.

I was not impressed to this hotel the room were nice but there is nothing in tge room if you want anything you will have to pay that is extra such as a cup of hot water is 10php the bed was still wrap in plastic no fridge or microwave the shower did not give hot water so be prepared for cold shower ride to and from the airport is 50 dollars which is a bit much for a hotel you are already staying in.

Water leak and different cost”

Although I got this accommodation with promo applied price, but the actual price was even lower than what it sell in Agoda. They doesn't clean the room.

During our stay, there is insufficient water supply and the water heater does not function properly. The towels are overused except the bed sheets. However, the staff are very approachable and accommodating.

Acceptable”

No water. Space both on the reception and in the room is very limited. Complimentaries are like being bought at the nearby store. Didn't even bother to clean our room in the morning when we went out for a walk. First impressions last after all.
