Nice Affordable Place”
Great location off walking street.. very affordable and cleanliness is excellent… I have stayed here 4 times for a week or two each time… Pattaya is fun so it’s nice to stay at a hotel that is walking distances and not expensive.. in my opinion it is one of the best .. you can find similar in soi bokau by LK metro and tree town too so depends where you will spend a lot of time ..!!!

Hotel optimized for walking street”
Highly recommended as the first accommodation in Pattaya. Walking distance to Walking Street, and it was not noisy at all, which was great for me as a light sleeper. It was also convenient to come and go from the hotel after having fun. During my two-night stay here, I realized that the Grand Hotel location was really well-known, and it was a hotel that I would definitely consider staying at again.

This hotel location is right at Walking Street. Just walk to your favorite bars and go-gos. This is an older hotel, but very clean and operational. The price for rooms are excellent for its location.

Good, solves your purpose ”
Property is located in a strategic location where you can access everything if your longing to enjoy nightlife. They have got elevators I stayed in 5th floor. No much talk with receptionist. Check in and check out also was smooth provided you don't damage the hotel belongings in the room. During check in the return our passports and handover at the time of check out. In some way it is very good in that area because some people go to Google bar and lose money along with their passport and at least even if you lost your money you can save your passport since the hotel retain the passport until the check out. The room has got everything that you may require but I think the floor 5 was only with cement flooring in the room. But I tell you I had pleasant sleep in the room, there were night clubs around, but did not disturb me much during night. Cement flooring in room doesn't affect you much because the building was good, shower area too, so don't worry about floor. Incase you are late night visitor they give you main door open key also and along with your room key. The property on the walking Street just come out of the room and walk just about 50 feets, you enjoy the pattaya's night life

I enjoy my stay in Grand hotel Pattaya. The stuff was very kind, the hotel and room is clean, and the rooms are very spacious. The location is amazing if you want to check the Walking street and at the same time even is so close you don’t have the noise from there: For sure I gonna return.

Perfect for most people”
If you're looking for somewhere that is cheap as chips but still nice whilst being literally metres away from walking street this is perfect. My only issue was it said it was wheelchair friendly and it had no ramp to get into the place but there was always someone there to help me with my walker and there may have been a wheelchair entrance in the carpark. Other than that, it couldn't have been more convenient for someone wanting to spend the night at walking street.

Hotel is just 20 metres from famous walking street, it's guest friendly hotel, room is cleaned everyday, little noise comes in room from walking street but it's manageable, family mart, number of Indian restaurant just nearby this hotel, definitely recommend

Very Good Hotel, Spacious and Clean. Cleaning done every day, reception speak english and very friendly, cooperate fully, staff also very friendly. Located next to Walking Street and 5 mins to beach, have plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and as well as supermarkets such as Seven Eleven. Highly recommended hotel.

Grand Hotel is located at Walking Street, so if this is where you want to be, this is your hotel. It is nice facility, the rooms are big and clean. The deluxe room with seaview have a balcony with great view of the bay. The room is cleaned everyday and the staff are great and friendly. The value for for money is great. I would stay here again.

Close to the beach, polite and friendly staff, 9 floors with a view of Pattaya, the street below is lively at night, no need for a special day to go, traffic can be bad, not a very modern atmosphere, but the rooms are clean. There's a market nearby, overall good👍👍
