Exceptional”

Spacious and clean rooms. Very nice breakfast buffet. At the time of check in I informed the reception staff we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They surprised us with a homemade birthday cake. Central Marina, Big C, Seven Eleven, Family mart are all in a walking distance. We enjoyed our three night stay at Grand Palazzo Hotel Pattaya.

Great place to stay in Pattaya for family and friends”

Great location to go around North Pattaya area. We were very impressed with the sheer size of the room, hugh bathroom and big comfortable beds and pillows. Although breakfast was not included in our package, the hotel is so close to La Baguette around the Dolphin rotunda where they serve great breakfast. After Tiffany show, we were able to have dinner at Terminal 21 that's so close to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating providing us with all the informative we asked. Our only wish is they would invest in new towels. their towels were no longer white. But all in all, we shall choose this hotel again next time we return to Pattaya.

Simply fantastic”

This was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere. It provided the comfort and service of a luxury hotel at a bargain rate. I am told it opened only 18 months ago and it seemed to have very low occupancy during my stay. It will take time to build a reputation but I am sure it will succeed. My room was lovely with a huge, comfortable bed that ensured deep sleep. All the fittings were top notch, particularly the power shower. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The hotel is located slightly away from the action but its tuk-tuk is always available to take you down to Beach Road. I will definitely return to the Grand Palazzo.

We booked this hotel to celebrate my parents’ anniversary and my mother’s birthday. However, the staffs forgot my request which was shown in the booking. When I reminded them at check-in, all the front desk staffs suddenly sang a birthday song at the lobby. My mother was surprised; however, the surprise came with wrong time and wrong place. I believe it can have a better arrangement if the hotel staffs read my request in details. Apart from the embarrassing surprise, we had a very good time at the hotel. The hotel is situated close to Central Marina and is in a walking distance to Terminal 21. It also provides free shuttle bus to the beach. Therefore, we could access most of the attractions easily. Furthermore, the room is huge. Staff are helpful and friendly. Especially a lady, I guess who is the manager of the Hotel. She took care of us during breakfast. She also arranged an addition shuttle bus for my family to the beach. We are very appreciated what she did on our last day of stay. We will definitely book this hotel when we visit Pattaya again.

Great hotel and value for money ”

A short walk away from the busiest part of Pattaya but still can enjoy the wonderful part of the area. Hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Extra check on visitors and made me feel safe to stay in the hotel.

Great staff”

The check in process was excellent, straight forward and quick, with excellent reception staff who spoke good English. I booked the hotel as a birthday treat for myself and partner, as it's location was close to the bars we wished to frequent. The hotel staff confirmed that smoking was not permitted in the room, including the balcony, not a problem fir me, but a bit over the top fir my partner who is a smoker. The hotel is just 18 months old, I had seen it being built, and whilst the common areas are all in excellent order, I was disappointed with a number of items in our room. 1 Grouting to the floor tiles in bedroom and bathroom already missing. 2 Grouting has already been replaced in the shower area, and does not match. 3 Dressing gowns are supplied, but no hook in the bathroom. 4 No spare toilet tissue. 5 The position of the electric socket for tea/coffee making means that the kettle boils against the black side of the wardrobe, which is already discoloured. Positioning to the right side would have allowed the kettle to boil against a clear glass partion. 6 There are 2 power sockets in the room, both on the small desk area. Adequate, but no socket by the bedside cabinets means that your phone is not accessible without getting out of bed. This really should have been thought about in the design faze. 7 Scuffs on the walls, and chips to the edges of the room furniture after just 18 months occupancy does not bode well for longevity. In summary, the staff are excellent, but the room does not live up to it's 5 Star rating.

Spacious room and Good location”

The two-bedroom suite is perfect for a family with children. The rooms are huge, clean, and in a very good condition. The location is next to Central Department Store - Festival Pattaya. So convinience!!

Great hotel”

Stayed here many times. Staff always good and attentive. Gym was out of action this time as it was converted into a function room which was a bit disappointing. Room cleaning was ok but not up to standard of last times I have stayed here. Rooms are big and the beds are the best I have ever experienced in a hotel of any class anywhere in the world. All in all a very good and enjoyable stay at the Palazzo and I will be returning at Christmas.

The breakfast was very good but they should consider having also Halal food for Muslims ,especially many arabs from gulf states are visiting pattaya.

High cost performances”

Here has good service. Specialy, the buffe of morning is very nice. A lot of food, large space, And clean room. Location is not near from Pattaya beach. So, If you want to access to their, You have to use Taxi or any service. Totaly, This hotel is very good.

Nice service, clean and close to shopsl”

Pro:huuuge hotel with fantastic amenities like wifi, huge pool, gym and the rooms are massive. Location is fantastic in terms of walking distance to shops but far from the main walking street. But it does have a free ride there from the hotel. Con: didn't get ANY sleep the first night as the night club 1 block away pumps music so loud you can actually Hear the lyrics and bass 12 stories up. We had to move rooms and could still hear it. This is a major problem for the hotel and needs to be sorted. If you stay there make sure to ask to be farthest away possible on the other side of the hotel away from the doof doof.

One thing i really like about this hotel is the room we got, it was spacious,carpeted and clean and the bed was wide enough for the 3 of us. They also got a business center in the lobby area. Location is great. Theres a 7 eleven right infront of it and a supermarket infront. Its also a walkng distance to the beach and terminal 21. i love and enjoyd our stay in this hotel. Highly recommended

For such a cheap price, we were surprised at how fancy and upscale this hotel was. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. And great location!

Exceptional Hotel”

Wonderful stay at this hotel, Room are very clean and large, great balcony. Location is very close to 2nd Rd and easy to walk through soi 3 to the beach. Close enough to the nighlife but also far enough away so not a disturbance. Great selection of Thai BBQ also very close and within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and check and out was completed quickly and without fuss. Looking forward to staying here again in November.

Five star experience”

Check in. Fast and efficient. Bell boy was informative when showing the room. Room. Excellent. Massive comfortable bed. Great shower with choice of functions. WiFi reliable and fast. Work desk and upholstered chair. Upholstered reading chair and foot rest. Nice sized balcony with table and chairs. Large tv with a good choice of channels. Bathrobes and slippers supplied daily. Facilities. Pool is cold at this time of year and does not get any sun after 11am. Pool will warm up as the summer gets going though. I swam daily but it was a shock to the system at first. Gym has 2 treadmills, 2 cross trainers and 2 bikes. It has free weight dumbbells up-to and including a pair of 20kg dumbbells and a multi use resistance machine. Lots of space in the gym for yoga / stretching. Staff. Not had much to do with the staff but when needed I found them polite and informative. Conclusion. Enjoyed my time here and will be coming back. Nothing really negative to say and I stayed for 3 weeks.

Spacious, affordable and good location”

Price is very affordable and worth it considering the spacious room, luxury ambiance and good location. Hotel is nearby two malls - Central Marina and Terminal 21. Food is good too.

Asian hotel”

The room was more spacious than what I expected. Bed was so cozy and washroom was nice. And there are lots of channel you can watch in the room. I don't want to recommend to someone who don't want to stay with loud Asian. There are a lot of Asian in the hotel. You would be annoying in your room sometimes.
