It is right in the Hoi An action! The food at the hotel is popular with outside guests, and very fresh with a large variety. Staff are amazingly helpful with good English. It is so close to Hoi An old town - just opposite the river. It is right in the action! The pool area is delightful. Very calming and relaxing and a very large pool too. The room was clean and a good size. Nice view out of the window. Small balcony. A place with great atmosphere and authenticity!

Awesome ”
We have our pre honeymoon before wedding and this was our first visit to Hoi An. It certainly measured up to the rating reviews it receives for good reason. They deserves them. We stayed 2 nights in Junior Suite Double Room and was very pleased. It was so spacious and nicely appointed with quality linens and towels. In fact, our entire stay from arrival till departure was very wonderful. The Male staff who checked us in on 08 Feb and checked us out on 10 Feb seem to be a notch above most employees in both competence and polite that we have experienced during our trip. He was superb! From our arrival till departure was so smooth. But regarding to services itself, it was really perfect. Kudos to the team :)

Pros: great location Staff friendly and helpful Free voucher for 10 minute massage per client Restaurant had ala carte menu Room service menu was Availble with mixed eruopean food and local food. Pool decent size about 25m. Room cleaning was consistent everyday. Cons: no lifts if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage. We had just carry on suit cases each weight 7-9kg and there was 4 of us.

The staff make this place special. They’re lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They should really be commended (everyone from reception to doorman to the housekeeping ladies). Location is perfect and it’s nice and quiet. The pool is fun to cool down in after a long day. This is my second stay here and I’ll be back!

The front desk staff were so helpful! They booked our next two train journeys for us so we wouldn’t have to worry about the hassle of trying to book the corrects ones. The breakfast was delicious and it’s in the best location of your looking to be near the night market! Would highly recommend.

Strategic location”
Nice staffs, huge room, stragetic location.. Hoi an ancient town n night market are all within walking distance. You don't need to utilize traveller adapter as their electrical sockets in the room is kinda suited for most of the plugs

A great hotel for the money, it may be an older propety but it is full of character, room I had was huge 2 double beds, had a roll top bath, drawer space could be better but great staff and breakfast is superb.

I have stayed in Hoi Ann on many occasions but this is the first time at this hotel. Location is excellent as it is easy walking to everything you need. Helpful staff and well appointed rooms. Highly recommended

Great location”
Pros. Great location by the river 5 minutes walk to the old town. We got an upgrade to a beautiful room with a high bathroom. Good breakfast, lots of choice with an egg chief. Lovely staff. Cons. Shower head pointed straight into your face, they did a temporary fix with some plastic jammed into the bracket. Also water ran under the shower door which flodded the bathroom. We told them many times it needs a seal but nothing got fixed. The gave us a free massage but it was very painful for both of us even after we asked for a gentle massage. My husband even left with a mark on his head! I would not recommend the massage, but would recommend the hotel.

Beautiful resort. room was spacious. bed was large and comfortable. very easy walk to night markets and old town. breakfast is definitely worth the extra $. Only critisim is the bathtub/shower is on an elevated platform - with the shower head holder the floor became very wet and made walking off the platform slightly hazardous. Otherwise i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

2nd Time at Green Heaven”
This is my second time at Green Heaven. Very well located hotel, near night market and old town. Friendly Staff without being overbearing. Good Buffet Breakfast Selection. Good Sized Room with separate Shower Room and Huge room with a bath. Only issue was that the airconditioning was not as cold as expected. I suspect that they needed to put more gas in the air conditioner.
