Hary, who was incredibly kind and helpful, assisted me in planning a surprise for my parents by decorating the room in advance—such a thoughtful gesture. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff at the entrance were quick to assist with our luggage, and at the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Fatma and Hary. They were not only extremely courteous but also surprised us with a room upgrade. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed—from toiletries to adjustable lighting and AC controls. Each morning, our room was perfectly cleaned by the lovely Putri, who took great care and attention to detail. Out by the pool, the lifeguards stood out for their attentiveness and kindness, especially with children—always ensuring safety while being friendly and respectful. At the beach, I had the pleasure of meeting Ami from Harmony Salon. Her recommendation of a deep tissue massage turned out to be one of the highlights of my stay.
