Đánh giá”

Lần đầu tiên đánh giá trên Agoda. Bình thường sẽ bỏ qua. Nhưng lần này thì ko. 1. Ưu điểm: ks mới xây, ở ngay trung tâm, xung quanh nhiều quán ăn, cafe. 2. Nhược điểm: - Nhân viên ko hộ bê đồ. Bọn mình đi 2 người, kệ 2 đứa khệ nệ bê đồ xuống. Ko phải 1 lần, mà lúc về cũng thế => điểm trừ (trong khi giá phòng cao hơn khu vực) - Tại ks có dịch vụ thuê xe máy. Nhưng nhân viên ko nói rõ giờ thuê và giờ trả. Ko tư vấn cho người thuê. Mình thuê từ 7h sáng đến tối 21h đã về. Mình quên ko trả chìa khoá. Sáng 4h sáng mình checkout, trả phòng, chìa khoá xe => ks phụ thu thêm 1/2 ngày thuê xe. Xác định trả tiền nhiều để mua sự thoải mái. Nhưng qua trải nghiệm vừa rồi. Mình ko thoải mái. Do đó, lần sau quay lại, Hera nhất định ko phải là lựa chọn của tôi

Hera xin được tiếp nhận những lời góp ý thật chân thành từ Bạn và sẽ xem lại cách phục vụ chưa được tốt này ạ. Còn bên thuê xe, Hera đã ngưng hợp tác với bên cho thuê xe vì phụ thu thêm khách không hợp lý. Bạn có thể cho Hera xin chân thành gửi lời xin lỗi đến Bạn và hy vọng lần sau Hera được phục vụ Bạn hoàn toàn miễn phí phòng tại Hera. Bạn vui lòng cho mình xin số điện thoại để có thể trao đổi dễ dàng hơn ạ

Mình có việc đột xuất nên book phòng hơi gấp nhưng được giá rất hời Book phòng xong mình mới biết là Hera hostel vừa khai trương, phòng ốc rất sạch sẽ 2vc mình rất thích Tụi mình còn được tặng trái cây chào mừng nữa. Vc chị chủ và nhân viên ở đây cũng rất thân thiện Nếu có dịp quay lại nhất định mình lại book phòng ở đây
