Nice hotel with great pool”
This was our pleasure trip to Vietnam. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff + the welcome drink. We stayed 1 night in Deluxe room with pool view. Room was clean and very comfortable, we have our breakfast in the hotel and the foods was delicious with various choices. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel was about 500 meters aways to Hoi An Old Town. The scenery in Hoi An old town was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a beautiful environment. We would like to thanks the supervisor name Joy who have given greatest service when we have arrived even having our breakfast in the hotel at level one. She spoke good English too. Overall: Highly recommended. 👍 Thank you Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel and Spa arranged high floor during our stayed and without doubt one of the favorite hotels during my time in Hoi An. Amazing experience and I would definitely come back again!

Absolutely Amazing!”
The staff was absolutely amazing and it was just the beginning. Our room was lovely and the facilities well kept, clean, and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, from my foodie loving husband to my picky toddler. The spa services available and the pool were icing on the cake. We were greeted everyday and the staff always inquired about our stay and if they could be of assistance. It is a perfect walking distance to the pedestrian areas and the available bikes were great, even had a toddler seat for us to use. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others heading to Hoi An.

Best Stay in Hoi An”
It is so nice that I almost would not want to recommend it. In case the next time I come back, it is too crowded. Overall room was nice and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Had a balcony. Hotel has a nice breakfast buffet, a gym, a pool. The "private beach" is like a 10 minutes taxi ride or a bicycle ride away. The Ancient town and many nice restaurants are a 10-20 minutes walk away. The staff are very attentive to our needs. We remember Joy, she was very friendly to us and genuinely wanted to make sure our stay is good. Will definitely come back.

There was not one negative at this hotel. Rooms large and very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and location not right in the throng of it but not too far away to be too far away. What made this hotel were the staff. From Hai on reception to the breakfast staff and the house keeping girls ..... just wonderful. Then there was "Joy " an asset to this hotel. She went the extra mile every day to make you welcome and happy. Thank you. Do yourself a favour and stay at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel”
This was such a great place to stay! Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, and the location was great. This hotel was a ~10 minute walk from old town, and provides a shuttle to the beach. Breakfast was really good with both western and vietnamese options, and the area around had plenty of places to pick up drinks or snacks. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Vietnam. After a very stressful stay in Hue, this was a welcome reprieve.

I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!! We had a wonderful 4nights stay here, at great price value. Our rooms were upgraded and the hotel staffs were so friendly and helpful. Ms Sally-fo would come up to us to greet us and chat during breakfast every morning and one of the lifeguard was so bubbly and caring towards my child. He would play with her whenever they meet. During the trip my husband fell sick and the receptionist wasted no time in helping us find a doctor's clinic. You can see that the staff are very friendly, helpful and take pride in their work. Breakfast options were sufficiently good and the walking distance from hotel to old town was just a mere 10mins stroll. They have a shuttle bus to old town and anbang beach which was very useful during the hot afternoons. We already miss being there and will definitely be back here again in the future!! We just finished a 4 night stay at the hotel and we couldn't be happier! I was so glad with our choice of this hotel as it was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was ideal, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the staff were incredible. They were all so friendly and helpful. I've used this hotel three times. Because the cost-effectiveness was good. This time, I felt kindness once again. My son hurt his mouth in the pool and it was bleeding a lot. All the staff, including the manager, came and worried. They kept checking him until I checked out. It's always a comfortable hotel, and I don't think about accommodation other than here. Great even at this time”
We were the only guests in the entire hotel due to the pandemic and being there on a monday. We were blown away by how great our stay was. The hotel must have very high standards during regular travel seasons, and they were not dropped at all during this unfortunate time. The staff went above and beyond for us. The buffet was unavailable obviously, but the replacement al la carte was the best meal we had on our trip. As someone who has been to Hoi An more than a dozen times, this was impressive. I love this place !!! This is the very first time I travelled to Hoi An and they were the most beautiful memory. I came to Hoi An right on my Birthday and the Hotel gave me a suprise Birthday cake and wishes. Managers and Staffs are friendly. Quick services with fully warmth. Moreover, Hotel also has a perfect retro design, nice swimming pool. Just take about 10 minutes to walk into Old quarter. This is the best choice in Hoi An that I want to come back again.

"Home isn't a place, it's a feeling", Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel and Spa gave me that feeling of 'home'. The resort is beautifully decorated with textiles and lanterns. The smell from the spa radiates throughout the hotel. The location is great, local food options are unlimited and only within a few km from the city center. The bike rental service made everything extremely accessible. The staff were friendly, genuine in their interactions and accommodated all of my needs. If you looking for a decent place inside the ancient town, this might be the place for you. Cozy room with lovely view to the pool. The pool is clean and quite huge compare to the location of the stay. Just need to go about 500-1km to the ancient town. Highly recommend

5 star hotel I would say ”
The location of the hotel is strategic where only 10mins walking distance to Hoi An ancient town, nearby with Vinmart and lots of massage parlours nearby. Hotel do provide the free shuttle services to Ancient Town and Private Beach, and free rental of bicycles. The staff there is superb with their services, fast response, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is awesome with variety of choices. The hotel even free upgraded our 5 rooms for our stays, would definitely come back again for next visit.

From our efficient and friendly check in to our check out two days later, we had a wonderful stay at this great hotel. The concierge particularly was very accommodating and the reception and all staff were all happy and willing to help whenever possible. The pool is lovely and the private beach was just awesome. Well worth the 20 minute free shuttle trip.. The operations manager even knew our names! If I ever return to Hoi An I will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Pros: within easy walking distance to old town and pedestrian streets, bikes are free, shuttle to beach and town, very complete breakfast offerings, pool and pleasant courtyard for breakfast,nice balcony, croissants are flaky. Con: rooster crows, dogs bark, loud music- luckily only in brief spurts. Omelets undercooked.
