Great place! ”
We ended up having to cancel our previous hotel because they lied about having a pool at 1:30 in the afternoon. They let us make a reservation and check in 30 min early. Amazing customer service by Tu and Phuong the whole visit. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. The gym was okay, about the middle ground as far as hotel gyms go. Overall great experience, we would stay again!

Best garden, pool, quiteness”
I come here with my whole family including my parents, my older sister and her children. We stayed in suite family which was connected by 2 Regular Rooms. It was large and so cozy for Family accomodation. What a stunning view from our balconies. The pool is lovely and surrounded by flowers, green trees, Higly recommend it for pp who love to immerse into the nature. The location of hotel is so convinient. Free borrow for bycicles. 5-7mins cycling for Hoi an downtown and 10-15 mins cycling for Cua Dai or An Bang beach (or just 50.000Vnd with a 7seat taxi from here to Cua Dai beach) I hope to come back here soon. Wonderful place to stay!”
I'm an Aussie, living and working in nearby Da Nang. My friends and I make regular weekend jaunts to Hoi An and this is our favourite place to stay. For me, everything about it is good: rooms, location, pool, staff, meals/breakfast, housekeeping and especially the value for money! In particular, the staff without exception are always helpful - special mention to SA, Phuong and the manageress (sorry, forgotten your name). As a side note, consider taking time out to see the Hoi An Impressions show - you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful garden/pool and exceptional staff”
We stayed here for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. We have been to Hoi An quite a few times and have stayed at many hotels and guesthouses; this place definitely stands out! We are all vegan and their breakfast buffet offers only limited vegan options but they cooked something for us everyday and even bought soya milk for us! All the staff is very friendly and try to help with whatever you need. One of the best things about this hotel is the stunning pool and relaxing They offer free bikes and a regular shuttle bus to the old town and An Bang beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing hotel with great service, look no further!

Amazing Staff to welcome you to Hoi An”
This hotel is further away from the old quarter, which is exactly what i wanted a little more peace and quiet. The rooms are great and I enjoyed the luxury Bathtubs! The breakfast is delicious and the dinner menu has lots of options. It was wonderful to relax at the pool and use their free bikes to explore the countryside. The staff was very friendly and eager to help you enjoy your holiday. They made me feel right at home, dont hesitate to book your holiday with them.

Spent a night here with my family and it was worth every penny. However, the Spa was closed due to Pandemic but there were no informed from staff until we asked the receptionist. I hope the hotel will recover and back to 100% soon 🙏

Facilities was no where what a 4 star should be, the location and value was good but because of Covid impact the place is really run down. No buffet was provided instead meals were prepared, fridges had nothing in it with a mouldy smell. We had no help with luggage the place use to offer transport which was not provided also

The room was So humid even all the blankets too. the window was broken. So i ssked them to change the room because my baby rolls over on the bed but they told me shut it hard. And they shut. Breakfast was not qualited. Staff was kind. And swimming pool was nice. But if i go to hoian i won't go sgain. I guess i can find much better places than here

A highly exaggerated hotel with many drawbacks ”
This is a perfect example of much hiped hotel in the form of reviews and customer experiences. This hotel lacks the basic of hotel. The furniture and bathroom are big negative. The place is compact and has no real space to spend quality time with children. The so called garden is just few feet in total. The pool and garden don’t complement each other. You can’t leave children unattended as this place is very old and risky. Now the so called SPA “is a Hokam” for a hotel which tries to portray its name with spa is misleading. The people who do massage are local people called for specific guest needs and they are not the hotel staff which is a big joke. They don’t know the basic massage techniques and don’t provide a relaxing experience. The only positive thing in the hotel is some staff in the restaurant who try to fake it up big time to be courteous and friendly with foreigners mostly. Tried a lot but it shows immature & fake smiles. After living 3 days you end up getting no satisfactio

My husband and I LOVED Hoi An Garden Palace Hotel & Spa!! We stayed here for the majority of our trip in Hoi An, and we absolutely loved the staff--everyone was kind, friendly, and patiently helped us learn a little Vietnamese! This city TRULY stole our hearts, and a big part of that special feeling we left with, was just how excellent our stay was at the Garden Palace. Super convenient location between Ancient town and the beach, and easy to ride to and from town daily on the FREE bicycles they give you each day. Magical!!!
