Great place to relex”
Had a peaceful and wonderful time. Staffs were very friendly, kind and made me comfortable. Facility was more than enough. Very clean room and the river vew was amazing. Breakfast was satisfying also. Would like to visit again if I can.

It was a pleasant trip thanks to the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. The facility was dilapidated, but it was not inconvenient, and no lizards appeared in the room. Koreans only saw one team and there were more Westerners. So I took a good rest and played well because there were not many people who used swimming pool. The mojito, pinacola tea I drank while swimming was so delicious! It is about 5,000 won in Korean money. Next time you come to Hoi-an, you're going to visit again. Thank you. 분위기, 직원들의 친절함 덕분에 즐거운 여행이였습니다. 시설이 노후화 되긴했으나 불편함 없었고, 객실안에 도마뱀이 출연하지는 않았습니다.ㅎㅎㅎ 한국인들도 한팀만 보았고 서양인들이 더 많았어요 !! 그래서 조용하게 잘 쉬었고 수영장도 이용하는사람이 별로없어서 재미있게 잘놀았구, 수영하면서 마셨던 모히또, 피나콜라다 가 너무 맛있었어요! 한국돈으로 5000원 정도입니다. 다음에 호이안에 온다면 또 방문할예정이에요. 감사합니다.

We stayed at Riverside 15 years ago and loved the place so we decided to return and it was a great decision. The staff were great and we're delighted that we had returned. Facilities were wonderful and the pool was god send after a busy day in Hoi An. Many rooms have been refurbished and there are plans to make further improvements.

Our family of 5 had conjoining rooms which were lovely, clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I was very spoilt by them on my birthday, they were fantastic with the kids too. Free shuttle to beach or town, awesome pool, beautiful location on the river and breakfast buffet was delicious!

A very comfortable relaxing stay. The resort has a slight colonial feel and the rooms had a nice river view. Lovely swimming pool and restaurant. Breakfast is extremely good as is food from the menu. The staff are very willing to please. A good choice just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An.

Four night stay”
Wonderful villa style hotel on the riverbank. So much so that we extendecour 2 night stay to four nights. The staff were over the top accommodating. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. Location was minutes cab ride to the beach and Old Town. The room rate was very reason. If in Hoi An again would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean room and beautiful views ”
Staff were very helpful and offered advice and suggestions. We had a room overlooking the river which was beautiful. Breakfast was good with a fair selection. Location was good as was just outside the main area so wasn’t noisey. Only suggestion is perhaps softer beds as the mattress was quite uncomfortable. We would stay here again if we were to visit Hoi An again.

Beautiful peaceful place - worth for money”
They used too much Chlor in the pool, making it very smelly and especilly made our eyes scratchy and dim for the whole day after few lapse of swim.

Nice hotel between ancient town and the beach”
A good middle point between the beach, rice paddies, and the ancient town. Pool is big and the lawn area is well kept. The rooms are well designed with nice views of the river. Starting to get a bit dated and the breakfast was average, but overall, no complaints.

Rooms were good size but not overly clean. Spa treatment was good but spa rooms were in poor condition. Amenity Staff are too distracted with being on their mobile phones during spa treatment and when cleaning rooms. Out of 10 this place would be a generous 6 only.

Awful service and room”
Staff at the counter during cheking in and out were not friendly and unhelpful, didn't like the attitude. The room was dirty and smelly, especially there was smell came from the toilet's sewage, terrible!

we stayed at the hoi an riverside resort & spa for 4 nights. it was a wonderful and relaxing end to our busy holiday. i would certainly visit hoi an again and recommend to my friends and family to stay at this resort. it is very homey and well kept. the resort does not appear to be new but it is kept immaculately and the rooms are gorgeous. we loved the space in our room. having breakfast in the morning overlooking the river was serene. i was at first worried that we weren't staying on the beach. but after staying here and riding past other resorts etc i am very very glad that we stayed here and on the river. it was gorgeous!

Romantic, charming hotel”
the hoi an riverside resort was probably our favorite place that we stayed in vietnam, and we saw a lot of the country! our room looked over the quiet river and rice fields beyond and the view was framed by a flame tree in full bloom. we had an enormous bathroom beautifully tiled in jade green, although i have to admit there was no tub and the shower did drain a bit slowly. it was more than made up for by the romance and atmosphere of the room though, and the lovely fresh flowers that greeted us (we had mentioned we were on a trip for our anniversary). the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was cool and airy. the breakfast served at the riverside restaurant were wonderful and the staff were so kind and friendly. the pool was perfect and hardly used. the hotel arranged free shuttles into town for us to shop and sight-see, as well as several tours, and would have been happy to do more if we had wanted it. we also enjoyed a sunset river tour with just the two of us arranged by the hotel. highly recommended.

Peaceful Hotel with super friendly staff”
This is the second time I stayed at the Hoi An Riverside Resort and Spa. It is around 3-4 km from the old quarter, so the location is very peaceful and seems like you are in the countryside as you are surrounded by fields. There is a free hotel shuttle bus to both the old quarter and beach (although these could be more frequent), otherwise only a 2-3 USD taxi ride to the old quarter. The room is beautiful, dark wood panelling, tv and dvd player and your own balcony. Breakfast has a lot of choices with lots of fresh fruit. Staff were so friendly and lovely.

my friend and i stayed at the hoi an riverside resort & spa for two nights. the free shuttle the resort provides to either the beach or into town is great - although more frequent times to and from town would be good. the room was big, clean and matched the description provided on the website. the breakfast was a mix of western and vietnamese, and catered to a variety of tastes. would stay there again.

Excellent and Great Value”
It is a long way from Hoi An town but if you are prepared to hire a moped (which is highly recommended) then this hotel is an excellent choice for the price. The riverside setting is peaceful and is stunning - a great location to relax. We also found the breakfast to be superior compared to other hotels in the same price range (we stayed at three other similar priced/rated Agoda hotels). I was surprised by the reviews which said the rooms seemed tired, our room was very well designed, clean and comfortable: it didn't seem worn or tired to me. Our only complaint was the gym, though sufficient it came with only a fan (not air con) so in summer it's stiffling! We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
